Felicia was amazing. She showed me where my VIN number was and the complete make and model of my car. She has a really refreshing personality which makes the waiting process easier. She's very attentive, kind and funny. She made sure I understood what was gong in with my vehicle and confirmed any extra work before it was being done. I will be returning for any future work on my car. The whole shop has an amazing vibe and they are very understanding. ~Luz

Shopper be cautious. Went here to get a replacement key FOB. I was told someone would call when it arrived. I did not get a call but called and found that it had arrived. I was told that I could come in to get it programmed by the technician. I visited them twice during the hours given to see the technician only to be told each time that the tech had to leave for other business. I asked about getting an appointment since the technician was hard to catch. Was told I could come in the next day but that changed before I could leave after they learned the tech would not be in. Finally after being seriously frustrated about getting service for an expensive purchase, I was able to make an appointment, something it seems they don't usually do. I called the corporate office to make them aware of things in the hope that my next visist would be productive. Went to my appointment. Met the technician. Chose to get a full refund after waiting an hour and being told that my key could not be programmed due to an issue with their system that required it to update. The technician was waiting for the system to update but it was taking a long time. The excuses I received included there being only one person who is trained to do the programming due to staffing issues and that the company is under new ownership and is working to make sure that all employees are trained to meet their quality standards for service. Whatever the case may be this location is not ready to provide FOB replacement and programming service at this time. Should you choose to use them for this service be sure to ask about how long the process will take and how do they accommodate or schedule you when it is time to get the programming done. Also ask if they have the software need for you specific car key model to be updated. Hopefully customer accountability will help accelerate the needed improvements. ____ 18 days wasted ~Terrell

I am a night shift police officer here in the City of Conyers. Our shop isn’t ever open when the night shift officers are here so this auto zone has been my go to, several times! Almost every single time I come up here needing help with my patrol car, Jason has been my saving grace. He is always so professional and helps me in any way he can. Tonight, I struggled with a headlight that kept blowing and when I was trying to change it, couldn’t get it to come out for the life of me. Jason came outside without any hesitation and worked his butt off to help me get that headlight out. He was able to get it removed and now I am back on the road with both my headlights working. I REALLY LIKE CHRIS HE IS SUPER SUPER SWEET AND it was 10 minutes before closing and he didn’t have no problem helping me!!! He was genuine with his words and didn’t make me feel like I’m rushed I really like him and most of all I went to the other store and they called him to check if they have like the bulb of the rear end of something (I was getting it for my boyfriend as a surprise) and he double checked and oh my gosh I wish he keeps working here !!! My boyfriend and I were super satisfied and I let my boyfriend know what he did for me so he wants to come here now !!!! ~xochil
