Best car repair in Conyers, Georgia (GA) 2024

I tried to get my oil changed but they sent me away. I saw that they are open until 7; pulled up at 6:30 there are 3 guys standing around talking and one guy comes out to my truck. He tells me if I open the door he can scan and tell me what they should do…. Wait what they should do? Yep he tells me there is only one person there and they can not change my oil. Mind you there are 3 of them standing around talking when I pulled up and again when I left. If it only takes a few minutes to change my oil we have plenty of time before 7. But, no oil change for me. By the way I usually buy an air filter and know I needed wipers. Oh well I guess they don’t want my business. ~Kevin

Felicia was amazing. She showed me where my VIN number was and the complete make and model of my car. She has a really refreshing personality which makes the waiting process easier. She's very attentive, kind and funny. She made sure I understood what was gong in with my vehicle and confirmed any extra work before it was being done. I will be returning for any future work on my car. The whole shop has an amazing vibe and they are very understanding. ~Luz

I went there to have my breaks done and they stole my catalytic converter. Good thing is I have the necessary proof and will be contacting the police and corporate. I went to Kia dealership earlier that day to have a tire replaced that was under warranty. Since I got my breaks done here I went here to have the pads changed. I dropped the car off and came back to pick it up. I never noticed because who looks under the car. I have been using them for years. I even sold my old car to them. I am a single female from NJ in GA. I found a place that I thought was honest and fair priced.. Boy was I wrong. 2days later I went back to Kia to have my oil change done because they were having a special, they informed me about the catalytic converter being taking. Since they just did work on the car they knew someone else had also performed work on the car and wanted me to call the cops right away. Unfortunately because the company is in Decatur and not the city I was in I have to call the cops in that City.. I can't believe Mighty Muffler would do such a thing. I've been using them for years. From my understanding the Police said it's a big thing in GA. Be Aware. Very dishonest business being done here. I will NEVER use them again. I am writing this review in hopes to save someone else from the horrific trauma I've experienced. Services: Oil change, Exhaust, Air conditioning, Tires, Battery, Brakes ~Sy
