I called 45 minutes prior to getting there. I was told by a man there that they had no wait and not busy. I got there a ND the young ladies attitude was a turn off and I was told no availability till Saturday. I only went because I have my car under a limited warrant w/ SilverRod through Carvana. Yeah I will continue to avoid this place.

Drop car off 1 hour early. 2 hours after the appointment they still have not taken the car back. So it's been here 3 hours and no service with an appointment booked weeks ago. Ridiculous Service: Wheel alignment

FCA is nothing as they used to be. I'd been taking all my vehicles here for years with no issues. What used to be competitive pricing and great coupon offers is now ridiculously overpriced. Even the dealers near me offer better and lower cost services. I will no longer use FCA.

Disappointed that they didn’t’ the get my simple alignment done when promised and had to keep it overnight. Perhaps they could hire a few more mechanics and lose one of the many customer service staff who seem to be primarily on the phone.

The service was GREAT! They didn't try to up-sale me but only completed the service I requested. I like that they have the same mechanic working on your car, therefore, that mechanic is familiar and can recommend up keep on your car.

Felicia was amazing. She showed me where my VIN number was and the complete make and model of my car. She has a really refreshing personality which makes the waiting process easier. She's very attentive, kind and funny. She made sure I understood what was gong in with my vehicle and confirmed any extra work before it was being done. I will be returning for any future work on my car. The whole shop has an amazing vibe and they are very understanding.

Firestone was a huge disappointment. I waited 5 hours on a Friday to hear that a ticket was never created for my car and that they were closing and could not complete my balance and alignment. Then driving back the next morning to have it completed they lied and never did the job. My car was still pulling extremely to the right. Have to get on the road to drive 13 hours for work up north I had to go to another store to have it completed.

My experience with Firestone was amazing! Cynthia has such a pleasant voice and great customer service skills. I visited the store for a tire quote and Cynthia assisted with her knowledge and expertise. Billy also catered to my inquiries and immediately troubleshooted my tire issue with care. This is a phenomenal team! Thank you so much.

Would of been 5 stars if they actually did the FULL alignment not just the rear left tire, also they had left my steering wheel off to the left therefore I had to return, but I will recognize the technicians for keeping me somewhat updated. Lastly Mike did help me out, didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Got 4 Firestone Indy 500, so far so good. Lastly I just wish they were a bit gentler with my wheels.
