I tried to get my oil changed but they sent me away. I saw that they are open until 7; pulled up at 6:30 there are 3 guys standing around talking and one guy comes out to my truck. He tells me if I open the door he can scan and tell me what they should do…. Wait what they should do? Yep he tells me there is only one person there and they can not change my oil. Mind you there are 3 of them standing around talking when I pulled up and again when I left. If it only takes a few minutes to change my oil we have plenty of time before 7. But, no oil change for me. By the way I usually buy an air filter and know I needed wipers. Oh well I guess they don’t want my business.

I got my oil changed the day before somewhere else. Yesterday driving to work something was dragging under the car. They "forgot" to screw the plate under car back. Took car to this Pep Boys and they were awesome! Fixed at no charge and sent me safely on my way.

Great service. I called ahead and was able to get everything done in and out. The time estimate was spot on and the people working on your car are very friendly from when you enter to when you're getting ready to leave. Also they do quality work and give recommendations best suited for your car not to scam you but to improve the longevity of your car.

Got there couldn’t take me because it was only two employees they are doing brake job so I came back at the recommended time, even later and waited. well they did the oil change but cannot do the tire rotation nor could they do the window treatment. Subsequently after traveling three hours each way I started noticing oil splashed up onto my windshield from my front quarter panel’s. Turns out it was the oil that was spilled into my engine area. I'd give a negative 0 if I could. I went to Jiffy Lube to get my brakes checked. I sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes because I was on the phone. While in my car, I saw another vehicle pull up to the door and an employee came out and spoke to the lady. He then told her to pull around. Once I was off the phone I went up and was met at the door. A guy told me that they weren't taking customers because they had a shipment of oil that had been delivered the day before and was in the way. It had to be put up first. I went back to my car confused because I saw this other car inside their garage with the hood up and 2 employees walking around it. I don't know what that was about, but I won't ever go back and I told all of my family and friends about this bad experience. I let them know they'd be better off going someplace that's more professional. As for me, I'll be going to Precision Tune from here on out.

While the technicians working in the shop today we're incredibly friendly, I am beyond disappointed with the service I received. I called beforehand asking if my 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z51 was able to be serviced at this location. My concern was that the oil change job on my vehicle was not "standard" in that my vehicle is equipped with a dry sump oil system. The system requires about 9 quarts of fully synthetic oil. I was assured there would be no issue and to bring it in. Upon arriving, I had to show the technicians where the oil container was as well as point out the vehicle was equipped with 2 oil drain plugs (one for the engine, one for the sump). I also had to ask them to warm the engine oil up to operating temperature to ensure the vehicle was properly filled (not warming the engine oil up to operating temperature can result in a false oil level reading). The technicians eventually got me squared away and even gave my a small discount on my final bill. All said and done, not a bad visit... However, upon asking how many quarts of oil were put into the vehicle, I was told there were 7 quarts put into the vehicle. This is 2+ quarts LESS than factory requirements. I left the location hoping that there was a simple miscommunication and that the vehicle was fine (trying to give them benefit of the doubt maybe?). In any case, to save my own sanity, I stopped by a AutoZone after about 100 miles of driving (a few hours after the oil change) to check the oil. Sure enough, it was 2 quarts low. I'm incredibly frustrated that this happened. The fact that I had to provide instruction on how to change the oil in this vehicle is beyond me. Even worse the fact that I paid for an oil change and still had to add MORE OIL... I will be reaching out to the corporate office to address this. I can't imagine what could have happened to my engine over the course of 5,000 miles with the oil low by 2 quarts. Jiffy Lube, you can do better... Sincerely, An incredibly dissatisfied customer
