The polish chipped within 5 days of having my nails done. I ordered a gel set, the technician put regular polish on. When she realized her mistake she used a Dremel to remove it. Every nail is damaged now that the polish has chipped off.

Firstly I called ahead of time to see if they had availability, when I got there I had to wait. Then when I finally get seated and show her what I want, she says it powder and I can’t do it with a fill in because it’ll be “too thick”. I said alright what can you do? She says She can ombré it pink with blue at the top with regular gel nail polish. She shows me an example and it looks fine, but while she’s doing my nails she’s rushing and just painting all over the place! It’s ridiculous that she even thinks this is acceptable. Oh and she filed down my nail too much till it turned red at the top of my nail. Here’s what I got vs what I wanted :

Very poor service I definitely do not recommend. Rude technicians and poor quality I had them remove the sns from my nails and I never went back

SAID ONE THING, DID ANOTHER. I stopped by, let one of the personnel that I would like to run to another store. How long did I have to get back to have FULL SERVICE. He said "Just be back by 7. I did,before 7 they reniged!

Fav place for a cheap relaxing pedicure. I've been coming here for 5 years and they each are amazing. Love love love them! Tip them good they're great people. They have brand new massaging chairs .
