Spoke with the manager about a specific design that she said she could do, even showed her a picture so she understood. The tech she paired me with could not do it and then she claimed that it was bc it was natural nail and not acrylic....that should have been discussed from the jump and I would have picked a completely difference color scheme. Tbh I should not of had to pay for it especially considering she refused to allow the tech to fix it without charging double. Not professional. If you can't do something, say so instead of wasting my time and money for something completely off from what was requested.

This was my first visit and everyone was nice. Linda was very sweet and did a great job scrubbing my feet so it barely tickled!! And she did a lovely job on my toe nails: clipping, cuticles and polishing! I shall return for our next mother daughter pedi! Service: Pedicure

Good colors, nice spacious. After my pedicure the nail tech didn't clean around the edges where the paint got on my skin and cut my toe nails uneven. The manicure lady left nail powder on my hands and when she put the oil on the nails at the end it just spread everywhere on my hands. My hands are oily and have powder around them. The lotion massage just consisted of putting lotion on my arms and legs- there was no massage. Overall it's okay if you want an okay job on your nails but for the price it's not worth it. After about 1 week of getting my Nails done which was on the 27th of may they did my nails My middle finger nail popped after 4 days of having them done. When she did my full pedicure she acted as if she didn’t even want to put the soap product that they put in the water. Over all they were rude when I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails, didn’t take what I wanted into consideration at all they were closing up so I don’t wang her to redo myHands over again because I was ready to go. Will never come back ever again they over charge just for you to not get what you want. Services: Manicure, Foot massages

Couldnt do a simple gel manicure, barely had any color options for a simple mani pedi so i just picked black and she still managed to mess up my cuticles worse than ever had an older woman doing my nails btw the owner didn't even want to help me by charging my phone while i got my services wouldn't recommend!! Service was fast and pleasant however I requested a flower design and was not 100% satisfied. I got French tips also and they were uneven... the nail tech said that the gel polish would last 2 weeks yet the day after getting them done both my toenail and thumb had chipped. Other than those complaints service was fast and my nail tech tried her best... I paid $80 for gel polish mani and pedi. *1st picture is the day I got them done and the others are 2 weeks later
