False advertising. Ordered “curbside” pickup. Not in store pickup.

I gave 1 star only because there are only no less ratings to Give. The staff and management have nothing but poor attitudes at the San Marcos store on Hopkins. Like why are they aloud to work there? Really represents a lot about Twins Liquors....

This was my normal store. I got off work stopped to deposit my check and then the liquor store. Knew it was close but I was hoping to make it. 859. Travis holds the door for the girl in front of me and pulls it closed in my face. Guess I was dirty from work and she was cute. We is just acrost the street I'll go there from now on.guess they have travis to thank for that. Kyle store.

Regarding the Twin Liquors websites- dreadful to navigate. Designed by someone who never tried to use it. Luckily, the stores themselves are better.

I have been a twin liquors customer for many years. For the last 6 years we have given liquor to over 25 managers and co-workers for Christmas and spend an average of $800 just in Christmas liquors. This year during the $1 sale my wife and I went on the first day (Thursday) to the Twin Liquors at Stassney and Congress and spent around $550 around 3:00pm. WE went over to the one at Southpark Meadows and Spent another $100 there. While we were there, we asked if they carried Cristal brand Champaigne and they said that only a couple of stores in Austin carried that item and 1 was located in Westlake Hills. I re-confirmed with them about when the $1 sale ended which was at 9:00pm Saturday. I had to work late both Friday and Saturday but I left early enough on Saturday so I can make it to the sale before it ended. I arrived at my house in South Austin at 8:05 asked my wife to just throw some sweats on and rush out of the house. We arrived at the location around 8:30 pm and asked about the Cristal and other items that were not carried at the other locations. We had around 8 different bottles of liquor totaling again over $500. When I was going to pay for the items around 8:50 the gentleman asked for my id and I gladly showed it to him. He then turns to my wife of 20 years and asked for her id since she was with me. I informed him that she did not bring her purse and left her ids at the house but I was buying the liquor and we have never been asked for any ID from my wife or myself, and he said he could not sell us anything. I went to my wife's car, found her AISD work badge with her picture and her name, her Sam's card with her Picture and her name, 2 credit cards with her name, and our car registration slip with both of our names it. When I walked in the other guy mentioned that none of those items would work that she needed a state issued Id or a passport. I am not the person who throws a fit and makes a scene so I calmly left and decided to call the main office on Monday to inform them of what happened. I needed actually need to know if that is indeed their procedure because if it is, the other stores did not follow it. My wife has a valid Texas driver's licence and she felt discriminated because there was a JOSE and a VALERIANA in the store and we were the only 2 Hispanics in the store. Asking for the some of the most expensive items in the store did not help the situation. Everyone at all their stores have always been top customer service and this took us by surprise. I am writing this review because when I called on Monday the receptionist informed me that she would pass this information to the area supervisor would call me back. I decided to wait a week for a call back but still have not received any type of response. Can someone please call me and explain what we did wrong and why we lost out on great deals. Thank you. Moving to Austin with an older model car I was worried about not being able to find a new home auto care place to cover the upkeep and routine maintenance of my 1999 Toyota Camry with over 200,000 miles. The guys here at THIS Firestone have gone above and beyond and Alleviated any worry I could have ever had. Plus I now have a home auto place and piece of mind. :). ❤️❤️❤️#winning
