Shame on this mcdonalds owners for price gouging the mcrib. Wanted to charge me $6.80 with tax for sandwich only. Went to schaumburg mcdonald and paid under $5 with tax. Even talked to the manager who confirmed pricing at first mcdonalds. Will never go back to this store again!

Crazy and loud at the time we went, but it was a busy night for them. Over all pretty average for a McDonald's. Great look and layout though, very modern.

Delicious and tender and warm how the meat should be ! Not dry or over cooked like in some places , ordered 2 quarter pounders buy 1get 1free with the app but the price was $7.11 after tax so that’s a lot for just 1burger 😬 1 in bloomingdale I always go to 101 East lake st. Is $5.47 after tax and there’s is the same amazing juicy tender warm taste of burger but sux there not open 24/7 and got this at 3am in Hanover park I was hungry 🤷🏻♀️ But ya Hanover park (cuz it’s not a rich area so don’t make sense why there mcds prices changed) is expensive it used to be cheap like all other locations 🤔 that are also cheap 😂 it’s not private owned but the prices are like private owned

The automated robo-voice in the drive-thru asking "woukd you like to try...?" is annoying as it is, but the fact it doesn't even do anything makes it even worse. I told it "no", then waited 4 minutes. Another csr pulled in to the other side of the drive-thru and was helped right away. We get McD's for the kids about once a week. This location only when it's more convenient, and I have to remember to bring paper towels because they hand the root beers over with the cups covered in root beer. Anyhow, everyone knows the food quality is horrifyingly bad. It's a treat for kids, sociopaths, or a rare convenience "meal." In this case, I spent an extra 20 minutes going out of my way because of the terrible (aka lack of) service. At least at the one on Roselle Rd they won't hand me drinks dripping with root beer, they get my kid's special-order burgers right and don't greet me with a robo-offer. In fact, their service is great & friendly every time. Which is cool because a 10 year boycott of the irving & barrington location begins today!

Did not get the right food. No napkins or cutlery for my side order of pancakes. No butter or syrup either. The new cashier could not provide a printed receipt with our payment on the mobile McDonald's application. It was a bad visit all the way around. This was the Hanover Park, IL location to be clear.

Well my app driven deals have expired for a large coffee for $0.99. but now they offer a free coffee with a purchase of a dollar or more. So now I am ordering an extra small diet Coke and I get a large premium coffee for a dollar. It's a win-win for me. I get my large coffee and now I get a little tiny extra small diet Coke for less than what I used to pay for the large coffee alone. Somebody screwed up at McDonald's and I'm sure they'll change this soon.

Mcdonalds is what it is…Stopped for a meal for him. $3.00 fry and cheeseburger now, $3.29. How are people with children surviving during these times. If you can, share a gift of dining out with a family. Every gesture is appreciated.
