They don't have Rate/Inspection cost signs for the Lyft/Uber inspections. The person (Rey), who was providing this service didn't inform me as well, that there is a cost for the inspection. After inspection he start asking me for the money. To add, their attitude was terrible and they didn't feel like apologizing for not having a Rate/Inspection Sign for this service. They told me they will not give the key until I pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ( I am responding to your response here: manager or store owner told me that don't care about the google review).

They need to do something with Jesus at the front desk he does not have customers service skills at all went in for a oil change kid had a whole attitude with my wife then I had to intervene n witch almost got that boy beat up never again will I go to JL Service: Oil change

1st o asked for a regular oil change,as I pulled up I was asked if I wanted a engine flush, but was not asked if I had ever done one. Was not told if all my fluids were ok, when I asked the guy at the counter didnt know because he didn't work on my car but you would think they would communicate with each team member. They did clean my windows and fill my tires up.👍 I think some retraining would help that location.

Wife got aa oil change On 12/18. Putting in 2, yes two quarts of oil. 2017 Buick, well maintained, does NOT go through 2 quarts of oil in a month. Taking to a shop that knows how to do their job correctly. For example, tighten drain plugs

i asked for simple job of air in my tires. thry took 15 minutes not doing anything and then when they did job. didnt even put correct air pressure. my car still had sign and had do on my own at gas station. never coming back for any service again

Worst experience at the jiffy lube ever. I went in for an oil change and I told them my light was out they changed my oil they told me the light was fine they pulled the car out I got in the car I showed him the light was out he said oh it was just gone out now no I told you it was out when I came in you said it was fine then he argued with me then I waited an hour for him to fix the light because they couldn't figure out how to fix the light horrible customer service horrible horrible do not go to jiffy lube on this again Service: Oil change

I went to Jiffy Lube for an Uber inspection and they told me I just needed a fog light replaced to pass the inspection. I had them replace the fog light and they sent me on my way with a passed Uber inspection. One week later, I noticed my frame for the fog light has gone missing on the side they replaced. I went back into Jiffy Lube to see why this has happened and they informed me the frame had a issue before they fixed the fog lights. My complaint is that they replaced my fog light without telling me that there was an issue with the frame to let me aware of the situation. I drove around with a loose frame and it fell off. They told me they will give me a fair estimate for the replacement due to the unique situation, but no response from their staff or upper management after two weeks. It could've easily been one of their mechanics that broke the plastic frame and not notified me. Already assumed Jiffy Lube was the Mcdonald's of the car repair industry and they surely lived up to those standards. To makes matter worse, their mechanic wrote in the Uber inspection date so poorly, they denied my application and has decided to put my application on hold. Worst experience ever! Just wasted my time and money there. *edit* The response to the reviews are quicker than the response to the email they ask you to write to. Still no response!
