I ordered $60.00 of chicken. Got home and the chicken breasts were spoiled. Tried calling but no answer. I asked for my receipt and was told they couldn't give me one because printer wasn't working. I will not go back to this location. Ridiculous to pay that much and couldn't enjoy it. We work hard for our money and it was just like throwing $ out the window. I think I will call the health department on this location.

They ran out of hot 🔥 3 piece chicken 🐔 tenders with that sauce with fries 🍟 so I had to go with the breast 😋

Ordered through UberEats, 4 stars because order was slightly incorrect. Chicken sandwich was regular instead of honey BBQ and was missing pickles. 12 cookies were ordered, only 11 in the bag. Food was still good though!

We placed an online order through the KFC app as simple as it was for me to place the order; this location had the most difficult time putting our order together. When I showed up through the drive thru to pick up my order I was asked to park on the side and they would bring my order right out. Shortly after an employee walked out with 1 of 4 items ordered. I told him this was only one part of my order, I pulled up my order through my phone and he went back in the store to collect the missing food items. Before I left I checked the order and again they missed my extra order of 4 biscuits so I pulled back in the drive thru and asked for my biscuit order and some hot dipping sauce. The lady at the drive thru window handed me the biscuits but no dipping sauces. I didn’t even try anymore, they are a bunch of high school kids having fun at work so why bother. I got home to realize they had duplicate an order and on top of that it was a wrong food item. I ordered a Mac n cheese bowl and they provided me with 2 mash potato chicken bowls. It was such a terrible experience that I will never go back to this location or possibly any KFC for that matter. The food tasted awful too. We fed our $30 KFC order to our dog. It was awful service and food quality.

One of the guy maneger needs to get fired this isn't the first time this happens to me but today a casher names María had the audacity o laught at me only because i wanted my a refund because they took over 40 minutes in only 5 chicken tenders when it wasn't even a busy day. And not only that 3 people had the speaker head set and didn't take my oder until i said i will go inside then.

1 star is too much for this place and the employee whoever was on drive tru yesterday 07/09/22. I decided to do uber eats on my spare time. To which I had to pick up an order that is already paid for the customer. All I had to do was pick it up from this location and take it to the customer... by the looks of the order it was for an entire family and not just an individual. I got off to pick up the order to which the door was locked. I went around and went to drive tru and let them know I was there to pick up an UberEats order for the customer named Adoney.. to which the young girl said " We're closed" I told her again. Yes but I just want to pick up an oder that should already be made its for UberEats. She then says. "There's nothing here" to which I respond again " its not there, or you just don't want to make it" she responded again " there's nothing here" I told her it was okay i would report her... but let's be real... this place won't care... but I do feel horrible about that family waiting on their food... for all I know they didn't have a transportation to go out and buy food... and this place left them hungry for night. This young girl should be very disappointed... could be her family one day.

The employs super nice, great customer service, the manager tells us about KFC history and encourage the employees to do it, but for my surprise, the did it with a great joy and satisfaction, woowww that was great. I love them

I didn’t receive my receipt, and part of my order I asked for the spicy sandwich alone (as in not the meal) and instead they gave it to me plain. I tried eating it but with the toppings and lack of sufficient sauce I’ll rather just throw it out. I tried calling but they wouldn’t answer the phone.

9:40pm - Pull up in the drive thru and try to order, only to be told "We're out of chicken for the night, because we close at 9:50pm". If that's actually the case, then fine - but why do both Google Maps & THE PRINTED SIGN IN YOUR DRIVE THRU LANE show that you close at 10:00pm???? ***SERIOUSLY***???? Absolutely, positively pathetic. Either abide by your own "posted hours" or don't (or at the VERY least, have a sign somewhere that states "we don't cook any more chicken after 9:00pm, so if you want to eat here after that, it's a cr@pshoot on whether or not we'll actually be able to serve you..."). H3ll - at least then I'd respect the blunt honesty...
