Staff was rude didn't smile make eye contact didn't explained anything and lied about the question my niece ask to get her money, didn't give her a receipt said machine for receipt was not working. My niece came back and spoke with manager her said it was still down. Came back the third day the same woman with her no customer skill looked like her man left her face on told my niece that she never told her she will get a receipt like a bill with her mailing address on it because she needed a receipt with it to open a bank account the lady told her she never said that so my niece came to the car and got me and I had confirmed that she had told my niece yes to get a sale knowing she couldn't get a refund or her 60.00 back she looked at me and said she never said that at all I then replied if she wasn't so anti sociable and had a face of someone that sucked on sour lemons then she would've understood my niece question before making that sale. She didn't say sorry because my niece didn't get a receipt until she came back. Never would deal with the Conyers location across from Walmart on Dogwood.

Even though my problem was not fixed I learned a lot of information from Dorothy s. And Meyleeng c. They had nothing but patience for me and knew exactly what to do. Amazing customer service!

I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews about their home internet so I came to the store in Conyers and was helped by Dorothy and OMG she was amazing and so patient with me. She got me exactly what I needed. I will look to move all my other services to them. Thanks Dorothy and T-Mobile!

Went in due to phone issues not charging. I brought the phone over from Verizon to T mobile. I went in to this store to get a replacement thought insurance. The lady I dealt with could not understand basic questions regarding insurance claims, if I can ever go through them for replacements in the future after the insurance claim. She stared at me in absolute confusion. I repeated my question, again met with confusion. I broke it down even further to kindergarten level, In whichshe finally understood. T-Mobile can you please fine people with common sense

The workers are so rude always have a attitude go to the location at Stonecrest, they have waaay better customer service!!!

Employees didn’t greet any customers that came inside the store. The wait was long even though it was only 4 families in the store.The associate that helped me was very nonchalant and rude.

What a great store! Accompanied my brother to buy himself the new Samsung Note 10+. The rep we worked with, Louisa (forgive any misspelling) was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, quick, energetic, and helpful. Would highly recommend the corporate store on Dogwood Drive in Conyers!
