5 star customer service from Nadia! She's very Knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick out four new phones for my family. My only complaint is management had the air-conditioning off. It was hot, stuffy, and with the mask on it's very uncomfortable.

This is a horrible place. The haspanic lady is very rude. I watched her hang up on someone on the phone. She always has an attitude. Her employees were on their cell phones the entire time. Had to wait 20 minutes for help because everyone was in the back talking about a former employee. The associates fought and argue in front of customers about who has to do marketing outside. Very unprofessional.

Worst location ever. Every time I go in there the short Spanish lady had an attitude and is always on her phone. I watched her get mad at a new employee and storm off to the back. She should not be a manager. The white girl was the nicest one in that location she would spend as much time as needed on any customer that walked in and I whitnessed her helping a new employee after the manger stormed off. The manger has no respect if you aren’t Spanish. They need new employees. She also made me get a 60 plan and insurance on my phone when I told her I didn’t want it. When I told her that she said everyone has to have it then I heard her talking to an employee about other customers if they don’t fire that woman that store is going to lose all business. She also makes all the other employees clean when I went to do a exchange on my phone three of her employees were cleaning and she was on her phone watching some show. She has no respect. Just disgusting

If they had a zero star rating i would definitely give it to them 4 times. Poor customer service and they make you get plans and features you dont need or want. Not ever going back.

I wouldn't even give this store a review. they are the most stupid idots at this location. They have no knowledge about phones and whenever you go to this location the ladies are cutting up in the store like teenagers and dont let it be lunch time, because you will be waiting until they decide what and where they are ordering for lunch. I wish there was a neg star list...
