Best cell phone store in Conyers, Georgia (GA) 2024

Went in due to phone issues not charging. I brought the phone over from Verizon to T mobile. I went in to this store to get a replacement thought insurance. The lady I dealt with could not understand basic questions regarding insurance claims, if I can ever go through them for replacements in the future after the insurance claim. She stared at me in absolute confusion. I repeated my question, again met with confusion. I broke it down even further to kindergarten level, In whichshe finally understood. T-Mobile can you please fine people with common sense ~Chance

I have paid off 4 items from this store within the last year and currently have a tv and entertainment stand and I was looking to pay off the remaining balance today I called in to pay off and nobody will work with me on the same as cash price I guess this is how they treat there loyal customers I will be sending the merchandise back its the principal of the matter ~samuel

I just visited this store st 4:10pm. The young lady is always so RUDE. I walk in and she blurts out, how can I help you. Sooo disingeniuos..Management please get it together! ~Tony

5 star customer service from Nadia! She's very Knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick out four new phones for my family. My only complaint is management had the air-conditioning off. It was hot, stuffy, and with the mask on it's very uncomfortable. ~C
