Store don't open on time It's 1023am on August 4th 2022 still not opened I have to go to work and can't get in pay my bill. I'm off at 9pm. Store be closed at that time

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy that works at the store is extremely rude. My Fieance went to purchase a phone and they were out of most of them,we decided on one phone and it was one price got to the counter it was significantly higher. Instead of nicely informing us of the price change he ran over to the counter and switched the price and said it went up today very rude! We called corporate and made a formal complaint and they will be in contact. They informed us that wasn't how you're suppose to do business.... Don't waste you're time at this store!!! If I could give NO stars I would.

I went in this Dogwood store on 06/19/2020 and them sisters had a very nasty attitude.... I said Good Morning they just looked at me so I figured maybe they didn’t hear me 🤷♀️ So I said it again still nothing smdh so I took my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t want people like them working for my company so bad for business. And one of them was the manager very sad customer service

DON'T GO THERE!!! My husband brought a phone from there and it didn't work had it less than 10 minutes. They didn't exchange it or could give our money back. Very Very Bad Place. If I could give it a zero I would.

While the lady was very kind and helpful, we waited FOREVER for service and then get nails were so unmanageably long that she couldn't open and close the phone cases to put in the SD card which I still don't have properly mounted in my phone or put the tempora glass on the phone right so it never adhered to the phone properly enough to be able to use the phone till we finally had to remove it! I spent a lot of money there for things we didn't walk away with and this is disappointing for a dealer we've had a long term business relationship with over the years.

The staff and manager (Moe so he told me)at this location allowed my ex husband to make changes to my plan without any info. I had just changed my pin number a hour before he made changes. They don't care about people privacy, they just want the money. After receiving text messages saying changes were being made to my account, I called the store and could clearly hear my ex voice making the changes. I told the girl I didn't authorize anyone to make any changes. She said sorry and hung up on me. I came back and spoke to the so called manager and he tried to put the blame on customer service. Saying they can't make changes in store.I reported them. I hope they go out of business.

I dealt with a young lady by the name of Yolonda today! She was very rude, abrasive and disrespectful in the later part of her presentation. As we were nearing the end of our business dealings she even began helping other customers as if to negate my questions. I will never go to this location again. Tony

I will never go to this store again. There is a man working there who gets irate if you don't make a phone purchase. He claims to be the store manager. My elderly mother-in-law dropped her phone in water; I took her into the store to activate another phone she already owned. Since she can't see well she prefers to use the older phones that have big buttons. The young lady working there tried to sell us a touch screen but we let her know we were only there to activate the older phone. The man conveniently waited until we paid for the activation before he decided to come over and yell at us for not purchasing a phone. He was extremely nasty and even made a threat. It was so bizarre to be yelled at while spending money at a business, no matter how small the amount. We were only willing to pay the $15 activation fee and did not want to make a purchase otherwise. I will purchase a phone in the near future for myself but not from MetroPCS. AT&T has similar same plans with much better customer service.
