I have paid off 4 items from this store within the last year and currently have a tv and entertainment stand and I was looking to pay off the remaining balance today I called in to pay off and nobody will work with me on the same as cash price I guess this is how they treat there loyal customers I will be sending the merchandise back its the principal of the matter

Went there to get an item for a couple of days rental and they wanted a whole month purchase which would have been 140. Dollars. The equipment was dirty and i regected the offer. Get it together R. A. C

After waiting ALLLL DAY for a delivery... Well let’s start from the beginning, after being told NO living room set I wanted was available. I finally got one that was available. After waiting all day the delivers stopped at the bottom of my stairs and just complained about how he couldn’t bring it in. They never even tried just stood there. Then had the lady Vicky call me to tell me they could leave it in the garage for someone else to bring if in! Worst furniture delivery ever.

I don't know about everyone else but I have had very good experiences with RAC. Vickie, Sheena, Anthony and Justin have been very helpful to me and my family. I do love that they have the latest in appliances, furniture and electronics and that they provide flexible lease options and affordable rates. I love love love the excellent customer service, product service and delivery service. Excellent Job Team keep it up !!!

DO NOT GO HERE. NRSMD NEW FURNITURE INFESTED MY HOME WITH ROACHES. AND THATS JUST THE MAJOR ISSUE. They paid for bug sprayer two weeks down the line for him to get here and say they only paid for one room to be sprayed...EVERYONE KNOWS BUGS TRAVEL!! Not to mention my yard carpet walls a blinds they damaged.BBB CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED. As well as legal actions. They don’t even deserve a star.

If I could give it a negative one star I would. My wife and I went to this store Friday afternoon around 3:30 4 o’clock. Just rude people all around. I asked the guy about the dryers and show me around he said “I don’t have to hold your hand they right here.” I wanted to say a lot and do more but I had my baby with me so we left. I hope he sees this and the manger see this along with the ceo. They are the rudest center I’ve ever been at. They should hire people who know the product they might make a sell. The manager should do some firing and hire better staff. I’m am very angry with this store. Like I said I hope that store sees this review. It’s not a one star it’s a negative one star

I read the reviews before I went there thinking it was just talk but after today and the rude disrespectful getto rachet person (Anthony) I talked to I wouldn't buy or rent a thing from there he had the down right nasty attitude courses at customers is where I drew the line, on tip of it he didn't even know what he was talking about, he was totally uninformed of what the situation is. Came off truly unprofessional no customer service skills need to be fired on the spot...... They need a new team of professionals salespeople at this location...... I hope the owner reads this because the service is horrible!! Yes I called corporate on this location.....

I did not like how rude this lady was calling me telling me about my bill, when my washer hasn't been working for a week now. And they are still making me pay my bill. Keep in mind I'm paying over 1000 for this washer and I've done had three because they are so crappy! I usually deal with Shawn because he is the nicest one there!
