After the slow drive thru good was nearly cold when I got it! I asked for refund girl said they were remaking it! Was remade the fries was overcooked and dry! I WILL NOT BE BACK!! They need to listen to the customers and NOT MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICE!!

Staff is always very polite, especially Mr. Awesome. They always get your order right the first time. Definitely try here, I've been coming for years and so far no complaints.

Each DQ is different but this location doesn't allow substitutions of drinks for blizzards. But they were friendly and pretty quick

Horrible experience. Didn’t get my order right, didn’t mix my milkshake and it was melted by the time they gave it to me, handed me a sundae literally flowing over the sides and all over my hands and arm. I had to go to the bathroom and wash my arm. I also received HORRIBLE service with most employees looking at me then walking right past. I recommend going just about literally anywhere else in conyers.

Short/petite probably Hispanic girl maybe even middle eastern, wasn’t very customer friendly. I got my food and then I said, “Oh, I’m just missing my honey mustard” (I did tell cashier that took my payment that I wanted one). But I guess it wasn’t rung up. She just looks at me (not the cashier) turns around to grab one, my hand is outstretched to receive it, but she places it on the counter under my hand. I still say thank you as I grab it but she just looks at me, turns and walks away. I’m sorry if she is actually mute or something and can’t speak. But I never felt so bad for asking for a sauce before. At least the food was good. Ordered 12pm 3-26-2022

The food was terrible. I will never come back. My food taste sweet and was not fresh. Look like they put it in the microwave and warmed my burger up. The fries was not good also. How you mess up on the ice cream looked terrible. If I was you I wouldn't take my chances with them.

As a food blogger who still works a 9-5, I only get an hour for lunch and I have to always have a million things to get accomplished during that hour. So being able to get an entire meal plus a small blizzard for only $7 is a won in my books. Every time I have visited the parking lot and inside of the store is always extremely clean which I consider that a win as well. The only complaint I could possibly have is it always takes a while to get your meal.
