Comment to response - I'm tired of getting the same outcome. If you want to try to help with my situation, I'm a long time customer so you will know how to get in touch with me! Purchased furniture 2 years ago and it is peeling, chipping already. 2 pieces were approved for replacement which is wonderful! . Problem is they do not have my set anymore even though my warranty on my set is for 3 years. I had submitted a claim for the remainder of the pieces that are starting to Chip and peel. (Told by corporate to do this) I was denied due to accumulation of damage is not covered! What is joke...approve 2 pieces of furniture but if you accumulate more pieces it is denied! I added pictures when claim was approved in February. I've been going back and forth with them to approve rest of pieces and in just 4 months the damage is 80% worse now. You'll know what this furniture is ~John

I have paid off 4 items from this store within the last year and currently have a tv and entertainment stand and I was looking to pay off the remaining balance today I called in to pay off and nobody will work with me on the same as cash price I guess this is how they treat there loyal customers I will be sending the merchandise back its the principal of the matter ~samuel
