Luis was the one that helped me and he was so fast ! Besides not having a fan in the office, everything was quick and simple. I was there maybe 30-40 minutes I got my catalytic converter replaced and my o2 sensor. Spanish speaking and professional, with a very good sense of humor.

Very professional and organized very clean very fast workers I always get my car serviced there and no bad energy or unprofessional business always leave with a smile I highly recommend this shop also anything you need help with they can assist you with with no hesitation.Also those men are very hard working friendly and always ready to work with no issues also men communicate and I love it also they work try to help all even when they are very busy this business is very kind they also keep candy for the kids when you bring your kids with you to get your vehicle serviced they also have magazines and card in the lobby to keep customers entertained while waiting I love this place if I could give them more than 5 stars⭐️ I would give more if it was an option to do so 😍😊☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Never had an issue or bad experience with this business after coming here for so long and I will continue to do so . I went there to have my breaks done and they stole my catalytic converter. Good thing is I have the necessary proof and will be contacting the police and corporate. I went to Kia dealership earlier that day to have a tire replaced that was under warranty. Since I got my breaks done here I went here to have the pads changed. I dropped the car off and came back to pick it up. I never noticed because who looks under the car. I have been using them for years. I even sold my old car to them. I am a single female from NJ in GA. I found a place that I thought was honest and fair priced.. Boy was I wrong. 2days later I went back to Kia to have my oil change done because they were having a special, they informed me about the catalytic converter being taking. Since they just did work on the car they knew someone else had also performed work on the car and wanted me to call the cops right away. Unfortunately because the company is in Decatur and not the city I was in I have to call the cops in that City.. I can't believe Mighty Muffler would do such a thing. I've been using them for years. From my understanding the Police said it's a big thing in GA. Be Aware. Very dishonest business being done here. I will NEVER use them again. I am writing this review in hopes to save someone else from the horrific trauma I've experienced. Services: Oil change, Exhaust, Air conditioning, Tires, Battery, Brakes

Horrible management and customer service!!! Went to get my brakes changed and after they were done my car was even more messed up, I can’t drive it now. Instead of taking ownership and trying to be understanding of the situation, they made it seem like I was lying and the manager walked away from me. They even drove the 30 minutes to my Nissan dealership to have them be told what I was telling them in the first place. Very unhappy customer and will never recommend or go there again. Just slimy people looking to take your money. Going to get in touch with corporate to see who can help me because this locations manager is ridiculous. Rude rude rude!!! If you have a car newer than 1990 don’t take it here y’all.

Really good. I have been here with several different vehicles taking care of catalytic converter replacements and flex pipes and muffler replacements, they are excellent welders, never had any issues and they have great prices.

OMG.. The service was prompt and inexpensive.. had to get 2 catalytic converters for my truck today. Failed emissions. Dude was super cool..if u have emissions issues.. take it to Mighty Muffler on Memorial Dr in Decatur!
