Literally got a new phone at 1:15pm yesterday 9/10 and it only worked for 2 hours before the SIM card is no longer recognized. This morning I woke up to a message where the phone is in recovery mode and has to be factory reset... They don't open till 11am. They better make it right or I'll file for a charge back for fraud with my credit card company and switch to another provider!

They charge you for accessories that you didn't purchase. Watch your purchase before they are done making charge.

Amazing place. Was in and out within 20 minutes after explaining to worker what I wanted. They were able to explain everything clearly and were very friendly. They did all the transferring of data and were able to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

I went into this cricket store having issues with my cell phone. It would randomly not send texts and randomly bring busy when callers tried to reach me by phone. Knowledgeable staff was able to resolve the issue within a matter of a few minutes. After testing their fix multiple, the issue had been fixed. I left very satisfied. Thank you
