Best cell phone store in Avondale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

Literally got a new phone at 1:15pm yesterday 9/10 and it only worked for 2 hours before the SIM card is no longer recognized. This morning I woke up to a message where the phone is in recovery mode and has to be factory reset... They don't open till 11am. They better make it right or I'll file for a charge back for fraud with my credit card company and switch to another provider! ~Holly

I just left the place was there to pay my phone bill the lady said I needed my ID I forgot my wallet at home but had my pin n cash she said I couldn't pay the phone sorry.. I left went to the next one closest didn't ask for no ID just my name and my pin honestly don't know wat her problem is at the other store they were busy n nice at this store she was just sitting down in the back office with no customers n was rude makes no sense ~Luis
