This has been the worst transition from one service provider to another. We were trying to change our phone plan from T-Mobile to Verizon and had five lines to move. The owners of the five lines were from different locations and 3 out of 5 lines had trouble porting over. When my husband went to the store to get help, he was asked to wait for a more than three hours in an attempt to reach customer service, but asked him to return next day, explaining that the team might be on the east, coast and done for the day. When he returned the next day, they said that there was a porting issue and could not help. He and I lost service during this process and couldn’t communicate during my travel home. We walked into the store 3rd day straight to get our phones working. Just when we thought every thing was good, then tried to port the last line, a representative at the store in California, gave my husband’s line to my cousin, resulting in my husband, losing service again. Yes, Verizon finally was able to provide the services for my husband, but my cousin’s phone still not working. It has been a nightmare trying to make this move. He is still seeking help.

Verizon customer service has just gone to bad to horrible! This location needs to learn customer service big time! My phone bill is $1000.00 a month with all the smartphones, internet, and etc. need to take my money somewhere else at this point

I got what I came for, however, when I locked out my phone, I wish I would've known that if anything happens, they cannot assist, I have to go to the apple store.

Update: Adding picture of empty store. I went elsewhere and purchased my phone in minutes, I'll likely never return to Verizon stores. This store used to be my favorite store. Within the past year it seems like they have a new manager or some guy that is usually at the front and absolutely no help. I have an appointment and there are four workers in the store and only one person.is working with a customer. I have been waiting too long so I'll go elsewhere and purchase my new phone.

I have been trying to get access to my business account for about 2 months at this point, but nobody on the Verizon customer service phone line has helped at all. In the past week, I have talked to 3 different reps that told me they needed to fill out a request to send me a registration link, and I never received a link or any kind of followup after my calls. I decided to stop by this store Friday (7/29) to try to get in-person help, and the first person I talked to said all they needed to do was unregister my phone number to allow me to try recreating my account. I did what they said, but instead of giving me access to my business account, it only let me view a locked-down user account. I also tried registering on the Verizon Business website with both my account number and my phone number, but neither worked. I went back to the store and explained this to another associate, and instead of listening to me, he just tried to register an account for me on the Verizon business website with my account number and my phone number. After that *surprisingly* didn't work, he basically just told me to call the help line I have been calling for 2 months now and provided no other assistance. I sat in the store on the help line for about an hour or so, but, since it was after 6PM by that time and Verizon Business provides no account support after hours or on the weekend, the call ended the same way it has ended every other time I have called in. The associate told me I could back on Monday so he could "walk me through the process" despite the fact I explained to him several times that I have been going through this process over and over again for 2 months and have never gotten any kind of meaningful help. Also, one of the numbers on my account was transferred off of my dad's Verizon account, and they surprised him with enough "service fees" that his monthly bill is now more expensive with one less line to pay for. No Verizon associate informed either of us about the extra service fees at ANY TIME during the number transfer, and the associate at this store just said "well, someone should have told you". There is absolutely no accountability for Verizon's associates and apparently no way to get any kind of meaningful help either.

Customer service is great as well as the products! The problem is there service, or lack of data!! It's funny when my phone times out when trying to do a Google search or none of the apps work that require data, yet the second I connect to my wifi everything works great!!?????

My husband and I have used Verizon for a variety of technology needs and have always received excellent service. I recently upgraded my Google Pixel 2 to the new Pixel 6 and am enjoying the phone and it's features.

Visited this store yesterday. Gentleman at the entrance tells me that there's nothing that can be done about my LG V50 thinq's battery drainage issue and that I'll need to upgrade or go to Battery + to have them swap out the battery. (by the way B+ store doesn't have a battery for this model). Out of frustration I called Verizon when I got home. They told me that I could buy insurance for my phone under their open enrollment for $17/month. Did that and ran through some diagnostic with them and indeed the battery is the problem. A replacement phone is in the mail and I'll have it in a few days. Do the people in the store work on commission? Seems that their wallet's needs are put ahead of the customer's needs.
