I went there in early January, the sales person was very curiosity and answer all my questions, put me on affordable payment plan! There was a minor issue the following month, but it was remedy quickly! So, I'm very happy with my phone and service here. So, thank you! 😎👍🦉🌈

Just tried getting into store. Mind you times online say you open at 9am and i get there and wait til ten the girl got there 5 minutes before 10. Im standing outside waiting ten comes and goes she doesnt unlock door. Then writes a sign "have to go to bank." All while im standing there. "Oh im sorry i have to get change." Well maybe if your employee would show up more then 5 minutes before opening i could get the product i needed! Taking business else where

I went in store today with a sound problem and got no help with problem and was told my Galaxy S 6 was going to be disconnected because was 3-4. I tried to tell I her 5 is not perfected so how could disconnect my phone. Only information I got was giving information on new phone. Cost, ECT. So I came home and googled my problem and fixed it. So will not be buying a new phone. So much for help.

Friendly service the second time in but to be fair the first time I was there it was fairly busy with only one employee so not surprised that he was short with me and I just chose to go back another day. Second time I was the only customer at the time so that guy was friendly and process went good for setting up new service.

Garret made an upgrade as pleasant as he could have in addition to ensuring that customers complied with the Covid face mask policy. Great customer service from Garret. Update: So around 3 hours after leaving the store, Cricket blocked the line for the new phone for unknown reasons. Back to the Cricket Store and Garret assisted again. He could not get a response from customer care for 15 minutes and he took my number (other phone) and said he would continue to work on the problem. 45 minutes later I got a call and Garret had fixed the problem. Great customer service from the customer advocate Garret, but frustrating dealing with Cricket.

I needed a new phone my phone completely died out. Service was great minus the fact I needed a cell phone case for it and I did not like any of the ones that they had and the gentleman told me that the Moto E5 Cruise was exclusively theirs and I could by no case anywhere else. Well I found out different they're online everywhere I do not like being lied to so therefore that does change the lot I know he was just trying to make commission but that's not a good thing cuz I will not do business with him anymore.

Sure they have great customer service, but the knowledge to back it up is not there. I have called and left several messages for the owner who just never seems to be in! Which is VERY frustrating because he was not only in on the day I showed up but sold me a LIE. He has 24 hours to call me back now or Im filing a complaint with the BBB. And that threat doesn't seem to matter to him either so I guess if you want answers you just have to be a B*@#!
