Full disclosure I work for Quick Lane's sister company. However, if there is one thing I am particular on, its the care that my vehicles receive. I was experiencing some concerns with the ride and handling of my 2005 Buick LeSabre. Having an older car, I always want an experienced facility that will take good care of it. Jason and Stacia are fantastic individuals at the front desk and saw to my every concern. The mechanics were able to breathe new life into my old ride, and I am so thankful for that. The undercarriage cover on my Honda Civic had come loose, so I stopped at Quick Lane, and not only did they fix the problem, but they did not charge me. I have been to Quick Lane on other occasions for tire-related issues, and they are always friendly, quick and thorough.

Hate Statewide Ford Lincoln Mercury, quick lane tire is owned by Statewide, I would have never went to them if I had known this. My experience with quick lane was a good one. However, must admit that they treated me the way Statewide does, they both treat you extremely well, til they complete the transaction then their demeanor completely shifts. If they would have valued me as a customer the whole time, I would have given them a 5 star rating.

Been going there since I bought my car from Statewide back in 2013. Always take good care of you, and do good work. Would 5 star, but went in and they told me I needed all new rims from corrosion, and really they just needed cleaned up and sealed since they were losing air. Other than that time, pretty solid place.

They are beyond awesome!! Not only got us in the same day when they didn't find the problem right away they was very open and honest about it...and they didn't even charge us that day which is why we are going back on Tuesday.. Great staff with very honest mechanics.. You will not go wrong bringing your vehicle here!!

I have been here a few times. They have always been very friendly whether it be on the phone or in person. My 18 year daughter has had the same experience. It’s nice to know age or gender doesn’t matter at this place.. I recently went to have a tire checked out. Turned out to be no problem so they didn’t charge me. Keep up the great work! Thought that warranty would cover the work... After finding out that the warranty we had would not cover anything... Quick Lane Started working before we were even given a estimate/service price to decline or agree to. Quick Lane proceeded to charge us although they didn't fix anything. They were also trying to push additional work on to the vehicle that I did not want done. Ridiculous business practices. In my opinion this is not a mechanic that you can trust. I will never return. I came in with a slight emergency, the plastic splash shield on the front of the car was dragging on the road and I had a 45minute drive ahead of me. They had me in and out in less than five minutes, they removed the splash guard for me, no charge. Thank you so much!😀
