Refused to accept my debit card as payment because he has a $3.00 card limit but the drink came to $2.89 after tax. So he lost the sale. Dumb business practices like that will cause you to lose business to quick trip and others. Smh ~Brucek

Can’t say enough good things about this place! They are very honest and reasonably priced. They don’t try to sell me unnecessary maintenance items and I’ve never had any issues with the repairs they have done. Highly recommend! I went there to have my breaks done and they stole my catalytic converter. Good thing is I have the necessary proof and will be contacting the police and corporate. I went to Kia dealership earlier that day to have a tire replaced that was under warranty. Since I got my breaks done here I went here to have the pads changed. I dropped the car off and came back to pick it up. I never noticed because who looks under the car. I have been using them for years. I even sold my old car to them. I am a single female from NJ in GA. I found a place that I thought was honest and fair priced.. Boy was I wrong. 2days later I went back to Kia to have my oil change done because they were having a special, they informed me about the catalytic converter being taking. Since they just did work on the car they knew someone else had also performed work on the car and wanted me to call the cops right away. Unfortunately because the company is in Decatur and not the city I was in I have to call the cops in that City.. I can't believe Mighty Muffler would do such a thing. I've been using them for years. From my understanding the Police said it's a big thing in GA. Be Aware. Very dishonest business being done here. I will NEVER use them again. Not many can work efficiently and predictably on a refurbished 1986 Toyota MR2. I went in for a simple break job, which was done well, and ended up with Rob getting my air conditioning working after going two years without it. I expected it would be costly and had not pursued it. He thought otherwise and expected a leak. He converted it over from Freon and found the leak. It has been working great for a couple months. 1st- They are very efficient at diagnostics and KNOW Exactly what they are talking about and doing!! Customer service here is excellent! They made me feel important as a customer, while giving me a huge sense of comfort in leaving my vehicle for inspection.
