We are driving through on our way home from Disney with our kids and stopped to fill up at the PX gas station and our car wouldn’t start after filling up. Tried jumping it and everything. Steven came out and looked at our car tried getting us going and could not before they closed, but even after they closed he stayed out there with us to try and trouble shoot the problem well after the shop was closed. When it got too late he gave us a ride to the nearest hotel gave us his number if we needed anything while Stuck here. Next morning we got back to our car John (manager) came out took a look and told us what he thought it was and got us quoted for the repair and got our car in the shop. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem but even then he still helped by driving us to the shop in town and talking with them about getting us squeezed in. THERE IS MORE the tow truck couldn’t get our car before the shop in town closed and my kids and I where at the shop in town my wife was waiting for the tow and Steven yet again helped by giving here a ride to the shop and even went and grabbed bags out of our stranded car and dropped it at the hotel. This Firestone and more importantly the people that work here are top notch, we may be stuck here but they have not charged us a dime for anything they’ve done that hasn’t fixed our car. If I lived in the area this would be my go to shop.

Not very professional to constantly talk about customers after getting off the phone with them. They are never organized and you have to double check their work because they don’t do everything you ask them! They pretend to run an overall inspection of your vehicle when in fact they’re just checking off the boxes. This place use to run smoothly but now It’s a joke! Triple check what you ask them to do is my only advice. Definitely needs better management.

Have dealt with them for years their courteous and pretty quick but sometimes the prices are just a little high to where you have to take your vehicle somewhere else but otherwise I'm the little things they're pretty good.

Quoted me 800 dollars for a new part, claimed he could get it "Through his connections" for $550 refurbished. Turns out I can pick it up at AutoZone for $170 or $300 for a brand new one and full install kit. When I asked about the price discrepancy he aggressively asked "Yeah but can you install it?" I don't think they're bad mechanics but I wouldnt come here unless you're willing to get ripped off.

Husband went in for an oil change and asked them to look at what was making the loud grinding noise (is the water pump going out?) in his truck. They changed the oil and said he needed new belts and scheduled him to change them out a week later, and then his water pump literally DIED on the 10 minute drive home. These guys are fine for oil, but don’t go for maintenance. Just go off base.

Great for tires, but not other maintenance. Almost 300% markup on parts. Good on labor charges though.

Great staff: friendly, helpful and try really hard to fit you in when you need it. If you get your tires here, there are services for the life of the tires for free.
