Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a shirt I was online and wanted to see it I like the shirt but they only had it in small. They didn't have it in my size, however, they ordered it for me and gave be the discounted price.

Staff and customer service was good, but their jeans will rip and be unwearable in less than a year and they will not do anything about it. Not coming to J Crew again - Massimo Dutti is way better anyways.

It was time for me to invest in a suit for weddings and I chose J Crew because I have worn their products for more than a decade. This Men's Shop is close to family so I made an appointment. They recommended I see Mike. He was personable and patient. He had me try on different size jackets, shirts, etc.. He got me dialed into the perfect fit and color! He went the extra mile by doing several little things like steaming my suit. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I left with a comfortable suit that gives me confidence! I am a loyal customer and will be sure to visit this location in the future.

I really enjoy walking inside of this store. Great vibes, wonderful customer service. Someone is always down to help you pick out something nice and even find a deal/steal. So glad they’ve turned it into a Men’s Store as well. Really can’t say enough about it. The gentleman who I believe is the manager really knows the product and every staff member I’ve encountered has been awesome too. I could go on and on, but I will stop now. 10 stars.

I never leave sour reviews, but this store just can't seem to get it together. I'm glad they decided to reinstate the women's department, but it seems half-hearted. Today, one staff welcomed me "in" and promised she'd check on sale details, never to return. More often than not (and I'm afraid I keep going in even after having received poor service) the staff is preoccupied with themselves, their reflection or each other. Get it together or move along. PCM is already looking a bit tired.

Fantastic helpful staff and great bargains Staff allowed us to look around store without following us around like hounds like some staff do in other stores. They were very professional and did all they could to accommodate my needs. Thank you staff and management for your high standards.

J. Crew, like other retailers, drives me mad with sale exceptions. I stopped in the PCM store today when I saw their “30% off regular price merchandise” sign. This particular J. Crew only carries men’s clothing - they recently did away with all other merchandise at this location. I grabbed a pair of chinos and asked for a fitting room. The sales guy told me all the chinos were regular price but everything else was 30% off. I decided to pass on the chinos but grabbed two pairs of dress pants and three shirts. One shirt was on a rack with nearly twenty other identical shirts. Upon checking out, I was told the pants were not discounted because dress slacks and jackets are considered “men’s suiting” and excluded from discounts. Two of the shirts were similarly excluded from the sale and lastly I was told the shirt I picked from the rack of identical shirts was a display model.....that all twenty identical shirts were display models not available for sale, rather they were there for customers to try on and order. I left the store. No appetite for being annoyed with this type of BS; I predict this location will close within a year.
