Tacky store associates. I went in to look for a pair of uggs and I asked them what it was like working in such a busy mall and the girl goes “ well first of all we don’t work In a mall we work in a store” this was weird and sounded pretty stupid. Then you can hear the young man gossiping about you as you shop and as you leave so I found that disturbing. Not a comfortable store experience. This is an ugg store not Bergdorf Goodman.

I have never in my life felt so much hostility and contempt from employees in my life in a store. I love the UGG brand, but don't know if I can ever go back to this store. There were about 6 employees, on their phones, disinterested completely in selling. One girl went and got shoes for me, dropped them off and got back on her phone. Didn't help me take them out of the box, ask about fit, check my fit, ask if I needed another size - literally nothing - she did not care. She just came back and said "these go back or you want them?" and said in not the kindest of tones. Very disgusting atmosphere. I'd find out who hires and trains at this store and replace that person with someone who gives a hoot and retrain those below or get new employees. I'd also not allow the staff to play on their cell phones instead of helping customers. I could feel so much hostility from them, smears and judgement. Shame because the store was beautifully decorated and the product wonderful. I had to literally ignore how awful they were. I wonder if corporate cares - someone does not that is in charge of that store - that is for sure.

Customer service is horrible here. Two occasions I’ve visit this store and both times horrible service. The first time I had visit with my mom and we had questions regarding sizes and colors available. The store associate was short and seemed irritated by our questions. The next time I had visit there was a line to get in. Before waiting in the long line I attempted to ask if they had the size and color of a slipper I was looking for. The woman went to the back as if they were going to check l, came back, and started doing other things while ignoring me. I’m standing in line now waiting to get in the store, it’s been about 20-minutes now and don’t even know if it’s worth me waiting at this point.

Got the cutest pair of mommy and me slides. Loved the staff, they were attentive and warm. I would travel back just to purchase from them.

It's sad you place an order for over 3 pair of shoes 1 a day before you purchased 2 more pair spending over $400 and they didn't send the free umbrella saying the promotion was after my order was placed. Bad business Ugg. Something should be override to keep your customers happy and coming back to support your business 😪😠

I bought my friend daughter a gift for her birthday just for her to open the box to two different shoes sizes. Highly disappointed. Will not be returning.

you can tell all the low ratings are by karens who probably have some other social issues that reflect on their store experience. anyway.... i love this location so much. i always felt excluded from the ugg brand as a teen when they were popular and... well ugly to me. this location always made me feel extremely welcome every time i've just gone into look around and wow! ugg has really stepped their shoe game up. i love ugg styles so much now, and the sales associates have been SO helpful and nice every time i've been in. last time i was in store there were packages stacked higher than the associates head that were prepped to ship out that day. they are obviously extremely hard workers, so kind, so if you had a negative experience i assume you went inside the store with bad energy. if you go in there with a positive attitude i don't see how you could have a negative experience. it's a beautiful location with wonderful people that were a huge part of me become a huge fan of the brand.

Least helpful store employees I've ever seen, especially for a 'premium' brand. Not only do they constantly look like they'd rather be anywhere but there as they absentmindedly literally throw boxes at you that they got from the back, they also know basically nothing about the products that they're selling. Ask two different employees the same question and you'll probably get two completely contradictory answers, and both will contradict the information on the official UGG website. What a disaster. The shoes, however, are quite comfortable.

I believe you go to the actual branded store for tbe experience and the customer service. That is not the case at this location. They always have the latest products and a nice selection, but the employees leave much to be desired. I love the UGG brand but try to stay away from this store. So much so that the three pairs I've bought so far this year have come off the internet; I work in the same mall as this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service over the phone EVER! Called and asked for a stock check, spoke to a woman who asked me to hold. I waited for over 15 minutes hung up and called back. Got the same girl, she told me that someone would check on it now, and put me on hold again. Another 15 minutes later still holding. Called back a third time and asked to speak to a Manager. Told him about the two previous calls and he shrugged it off; no apology, nothing. Ultimately, they didn't have the shoe and I went and bought it online. I would NEVER go into this store in person. UGG should consider urgent remedial customer service training for the staff in this location...
