This location is physically nice but the service here is abysmal. Went in to get hot dogs for my kids. Saw some kind of sandwich in a wrapper in the display behind the counter, but it was upside down so I couldn’t see the label. I asked what it was, was told chicken. This is where things start to go wrong. Upon being wrung up, I see the total is close to $30, which is about double what I was expecting. Then I see on the terminal that there is some mysterious $15.99 charge listed. Likely an honest mistake, but I had to notice and ask to have it removed. After completing the purchase, I go to get ketchup for the hot dogs, and find the ketchup bin empty. I track down the employee again, and only then am I told that they are completely out of ketchup. The employee shrugs. So now I have two hot dogs that my kids won’t eat. I leave the store, only to discover the “chicken” sandwich I was sold is fish. The top of the label where it presumably says it is a fish sandwich has been torn off. The sandwich itself was fine, but not really what I wanted. Seriously 7-Eleven, you need to do better than this.

The while stripmall is being renovated for the newly opening target store. So, not much traffic here. Otherwise, a regular but not out in the open 7/11 store.

They're always been very chill to me as a door dasher, though they usually don't have the order ready for me. I like this location.

I love coming to this 7-11. I live on the East side of Santa Cruz, and I drive the 20 minutes to this specific location, not just because they are one of the stores that carries the type of cigarettes I buy, but, also because I am always treated like a friend when I go in there. The bad reviews I've read of this 7-11 are confusing to me... In general, people treat you in the same way you treat them. So, for the people that seem to think there are "rude" employees here, it may be good for you to think about how you're coming off to other people, first.

There's an extremely rude woman working at the 7-eleven, she's acting like she owns the place and hostile. If you look at all my bad reviews, I rarely write them unless it's a really bad situation.

Horrible 7-11 I was ridiculed for having my pants zipper down by the chip on his shoulder male employee that works there all the time. This happened maybe 3 years ago but guess what, I've never given you business since then and I hope this review encourages others not to give them any business. Turns out I'm not the only one who had issues with this guy, so good luck 7-11 I'm boycotting them for life.

One of the worse 7-11s in tge Bay area. Not because of the location or the inventory or the condition of the store. It's the worst 7-11 employee in the world. That guys is a bag of $hit, hes worse than baby a.i.d.s and I will never go to that 7 11 again.

The full-time male employee who works there most afternoons and evenings refuses to wear a mask or practice health safety protocols while working, as mandated in Santa Cruz County and the State of California. I have had to leave the store multiple times. This store lost a long-time regular customer as a result.

This 7-11 rules. They have individual packs of jalapenos for .49 to go with yiur hot dog. They are not free, but it was my first hotdog wih jalapenos at 7-11 since Covid.

I dashed in for a Big Gulp. Store seemed neat and clean, the cashier seemed like she’s seen better days, but I was in and out in two minutes. It’s 7-11, don’t expect the royal treatment, you’re not exactly bathing in the river Ganges, or checking in to the Waldorf Astoria. People come here to buy beer, cigarettes, and lottery tickets.
