Rude heavy Mexican girl acting as manager. Went for a covid booster then to shop. She followed me around store giving me suspicious rude looks. Won't go back. They need to hire better help that is professional. Store is poorly stocked and overpriced.

The staff here is excellent and the store is very clean and well organized. The pharmacist was pleasant, the pharmacist (Dong?) was extremely helpful, and the employees walking the aisles were friendly. A very good store and experience!

Upon entering the store no greetings or acknowledging the customers. I had purchased a gift card when I asked if there is a register open. The female employee pointed to self check kiosk. I proceeded and finished paying and was waiting for my receipt. Then, I asked for help that I needed my receipt. I was told the female employee is on her lunch break and I need to wait for 30 minutes. This is an example of poor customer service.

Administrative rating: 1 stars. Terrible to total lack of communication when medications are out of stock, delayed, etc. Very frustrating. Staff/ customer service rating: 4 stars. The staff are really kind and one of the only redeeming aspects of this location.

CVS is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescriptions are lost in home delivery and they lie to you after refusing to answer the phone for at least 10 minutes (worse at CVS Front street). They tell you your insurance won't cover a med you have gotten for over a year. A critical med I needed was "on order" for 2 weeks before I finally got thru to them and, all of a sudden, it was "in stock" only the day before. My Dr gave me emergency meds for 14 days. One needed rx I had to buy for $40 OTC instead of my usual $6/co-pay. If my insurance didn't require I use CVS, I would never have anything to do with this inadequate store.
