For 45 years I've worked out in gyms all around the world, and this is the cleanest of them all. It's not often you see employees regularly wiping down equipment to include each dumbbell. Very impressive.

I recently signed up for a gym membership with my wife. The front desk workers were really helpful in explaining the different types of memberships. The gym is clean, and if you go at non-peak hours there is no competition for machines. There is always available treadmills regardless of the time of day.

I can do my routines and feel good after I leave I like my trainer he has been showing me the ropes since I have not worked out in a long time It's a very clean place to go and shape up People respect my space an don't over crowd me while I'm there

This is based off my initial visit to this location and parts of this review many not reflect what I see in subsequent visits. Overall this seems to be a good location. The app is pretty convenient as it acts as your membership ID when going inside. Plenty of machines to choose from, and many machines have more than one. They do also have a separate 30 minute workout area which is nice and seems to provide a good all around workout, and also uses many of the same machines out on the floor. The only real issues I had were certain machines that did not have more than one unless you counted the 30 minute workout area which was a separate area. I did also have issues locating paper towel to clean the machines off as many of the dispensers were empty. Update - While the fact remains that there is not multiple of every machine when you don't include the 30 minute workout, it has yet to be a problem, and additional machines may not be necessary. In addition the towel dispensers have never been empty since my review, so it would seem it is no longer an issue.

Spacious! Lots of equipment. Decent work out music most of the time! Very clean. Sometimes if a machine is broke it takes a while to be fixed but most of them are in good working order.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the best part to me is I am able to go work out and for the most part be in my own world. The other folks there working out are respectful of my space and me of theirs. I rarely have to wait for a machine and am able to get my workout completed in about 50-60 minutes which is perfect for me.

Very clean, equipments are spaced for social distances, friendly staff, and open 24 hours. Mostly not busy during non-peak hours. More then options of equipment, with a large selection of machines and tools for guidance.
