Maggie is the sole reason I choose grooming at Petco. Maggie goes over and above every time I see her. During this recent groom, she went WAY over and above to make our experience excellent - she did things she did not need to do and things I would not expect anyone working at Petco would do. She remembers my dog's name and loves on him as if he were her own. She knows what to do to put him at ease and reduce anxiety. She truly cares. She shares a wealth of knowledge to help me be a better pet owner. She advised me on a better-fitting collar. Every time I get my dog done by her, he is the softest and cleanest dog I have ever seen or felt. And it lasts for weeks! This in itself says a ton because my dog is a young yellow labrador - full of energy, spunk and mischief. This woman is a gem - Petco should be using her as a customer relations expert and/or new staff training expert. I cannot tell you how at ease this makes me leaving him in her care. I have never experienced her level of service ANYWHERE else - not at another groomer, not at a vet and certainly not even for myself at a spa. She is simply amazing and I'd try and poach her for my own business if animals weren't her passion. PLEASE RECOGNIZE THIS WOMAN. I WOULD LOVE TO PROVIDE ANY MORE DETAILS OR ANY HELP RECOGNIZING HER IF NEEDED. ~Annie

My senior citizen mother has been bringing in her dogs through the years, of various breeds, (Labrador, Springer Spaniel, Yorkie) and all of them, every time, have had wonderful grooming. From hair to nails and all in-between (even a cool scarf) Mellisa's Pet Depot has never failed to impress us. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our family members! ~Daniel

When in there for beer for me and tried finding a mudslide that is made up already,well normally I get the tgifs one but was told no longer selling that type but showed me one called bartenders keeper....man oh man glad I bought it it is the best no joke 5 stars.try it you will be going back for more ...small bottle 15.00....big bottle 22.50. ~Quintin

The service adviser Forest did a great job with getting my truck back in time and keeping me informed of what other services are needed or coming up. The service tech only gets 1 star as my truck came out with greasy finger prints all over the outside and when I got in there was grease on my door panel and steering wheel. Again forest did a great job but I also don’t appreciate a phone call asking me to change my review from four stars to five! I was told the stars reflect on the service adviser and not the techs or the store which is the only reason I gave him five stars. Colonial Chevrolet is great dealership to work with but the techs need to improve on customer satisfaction ~Manuel

I have traded with this company since they opened. I have had terrible experiences in the last year. They are constantly running out of my medications and Lindsay is extremely rude. I have told her time and time again that they need to keep these meds in stock it is very dangerous to run out of meds and expect people to wait for several days before they can order them. In todays world there is no reason not to keep an eye on these things. Lindsay seems to think that computers run themselves and its all the computers fault. I told her I had better service before they used computers. I have found this is the final straw and am leaving this pharmacy. I called wal-mart and they are going to keep an extra bottle on the shelf so I never run out. ~Nancy

Excellent summer selection and awesome sales. Staff went above and beyond to assist me as a customer both on the floor and in the dressing room. They were very informative of their sales and promotions. Staff were super kind and helpful, even after I mentioned I was not interested in opening a credit card at this time. I've read a lot of positive reviews recently for Jess, They are completely accurate. She's amazing at what she does and she kind and professional. My 5yo daughter likes to come with me and Jess has a fan in her as well. I've spent way more on a men's cut and Jess is as good, if not better, than any of those "stylists". Denise assisted my daughter in helping her pick out her prom dress. It wasn’t the style she was looking for specifically but it seemed like Denise just knew it was the perfect dress for her. She was extremely attentive. She made sure every detail was taken care of right down to the necklace & earrings! The shoes she picked were a perfect complement to the entire ensemble. Denise made this mothers job so much easier. Teenage girls have a lot of insecurities about everything. So a mom telling her what will look good, falls on deaf ears. Coming from Denise made all the difference. Not to mention she was also dealing with 2 brides & another prom dress. Yet she took care of it all & made it look easy!
