From finding my dream dress down to alterations — the staff were phenomenal! My dress didn’t fit how I wanted it to on the final fitting — it was really tight, but they were able to fix it quickly with plenty of time before my wedding. I was delighted with my experience!

I bought a dress from a different sthe front store and had it altered at David's bridal. The manager of alterations was able to fix my 2 small dress and let it out but at a very pricey cost. Having It altered There seemed fine at 1st But whenever I wasn't speaking to the manager of the store or to the manager of alterations I was faced with people hanging up on me telling me they couldn't find the dress and they were just very rude. The male manager there cliff is super nice and understood my concerns and kept me calm. The alterations manager was amazing as well.

Deborah and the David’s bridal staff has been so helpful and caring during this whole process. She helped me find my wedding dress and five bridesmaids dresses for my girls. Even let me try the dress back on to show the girls that weren’t there the first time and took pictures for us!! She’s awesome and made everything a total breeze!! I had the best experience with David’s Bridal when getting my daughter’s dress for her sweet 16. From the service when I walked in the door, to ordering a dress I wanted from out of state, to numerous alterations, the staff at David’s were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. I especially want to say what a wonderful job the seamstress did in taking a gorgeous dress that was a bit too big and too revealing for my daughter, and making it fit perfectly and appear more age appropriate while still being gorgeous. Thank you to all the staff at David’s for a great experience.

I had a great experience at David’s Bridal in Dartmouth today! Cali and Cliff helped me find the perfect dress to wear to a black tie wedding in august! They helped me discover a variety of different dress styles and narrow down to what I liked best. They made me feel so comfortable and we had lots of fun and laughs throughout the appointment. It was so great to not feel rushed! Thank you Cali and Cliff, I will definitely be back the next time I need a dress and will request you by name!

Denise was an absolute Rockstar! I made an appointment on a busy Saturday and brought a large group of family and friends. She was polite and friendly to all of us. She made sure my whole group was part of the process. She was attentive and listened to my wants and needs. I am planning a wedding with a tight time frame and she ensured that she would get me everything in time. She also picked out the most perfect veil for me! It was a beautiful day and I will always remember how much Denise helped with the process. She truly made me feel like I was her priority. Highly recommend!

The Dartmouth, MA David’s Bridal had an amazing selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and MOB dresses. It was well organized and the staff was so friendly! Clifford helped me pick out my wedding dress and dresses for my mother in law and grandmother in law. He was so helpful to match my wedding color scheme and very patient with us as we tried on a lot of outfits! He made us feel so welcome and every time I go into the store it’s like catching up with an old friend. He’s the best!

Denise assisted my daughter in helping her pick out her prom dress. It wasn’t the style she was looking for specifically but it seemed like Denise just knew it was the perfect dress for her. She was extremely attentive. She made sure every detail was taken care of right down to the necklace & earrings! The shoes she picked were a perfect complement to the entire ensemble. Denise made this mothers job so much easier. Teenage girls have a lot of insecurities about everything. So a mom telling her what will look good, falls on deaf ears. Coming from Denise made all the difference. Not to mention she was also dealing with 2 brides & another prom dress. Yet she took care of it all & made it look easy! My husband and I are renewing our vows in January 2022. Purchased my wedding dress and had an alterations appointment with Alelua this past Tuesday November 16. Me and my husband were taken care of quite well and everything went great. Alelua is super nice, professional, and efficient at her craft. She was very helpful with making suggestions and providing input on how my dress should flow on our big day. Once she had everything all pinned for the hem and bustle, she had me look in the mirror for view of how the dress will look when complete. I started crying because it was such an emotional moment. When I first tried the dress on back in June I started crying because of how beautiful it looked and how felt like a Queen for my King. My mother was ill in June, then she passed away in July. While she was still with us, I showed her a pic of me trying on the dress. When she saw the picture she also started crying and told me that she really loved how beautiful it looked on me. When I explained this to Alelua, she immediately offered her compassion and some motherly advice on how to remember the good times and memories of my mom. To remember that my mom and other loved ones lost will always remain in our hearts and my mom will definitely be at our wedding in spirit. She then gave me extra reassurance that my dress will be completed within time and as we discussed. The hem and bustle is all it needs so very simple, but her taking the time to offer such kinds words, made the experience much more enjoyable. When my husband and I were done with our appointment, and we went up to pay for services. Clifford was the gentleman who took care of us and asked how our experience was. We both told him how we were very happy and satisfied with how Alelua tended to us and informed him that she made me cry. LOL Then explained they were happy tears of joy and welcomed tears. Clifford, Alelua, my husband, and myself laughed. Alelua left us in Clifford's hands and she and I shared a hug. Clifford was just as nice, professional, and efficient in checking us out. My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided by Alelua and Clifford and very happy that I made my wedding dress purchase with David's Bridal. I love my dress and cannot wait until I see the final phase when I come pick it up next month. Thank you Alelua and Clifford for a great, joyfully emotional afternoon.
