If I could give zero stars I would. I had contacted this dealership when I saw that a fountain blue Trailblazer was in transit to their location. After speaking to Derek, I was told that this car would be reserved for me and placed a $500 deposit to make sure it would be held after the car arrived on the lot. The day of our schedule appointment finally arrived when I was given a call only to be told that the same Trailblazer I was scheduled to go and pick up had already been sold. I don't know if Derek was trying to take a sale from another salesperson or what, but I will definitely not be doing business with this dealership ever again.

I’ve been a customer with this dealership for over a decade and I’ve been servicing my vehicles there as well as a repeat buyer. I have never once paid more than $55 for an oil change and tire rotation. For the oil change to jump to $97 is insane. Maybe you should start telling the customer what the price will be when they are checking in so they are not blindsided by the amount at the end. On top of all that I was basically called a liar when I told the worker and that horrible assistant manger Steve who is just the absolute worst person to have as a manger, that I only pay $55. I then had to go through my credit card statements and show them that I in fact have always paid $55. They seemed very confused once I showed them those statements. But at the end of the day Steve shrugged me off per usual and I paid that ridiculous amount. On top of that, while driving home I noticed all my tires were brought down to a PSI of 31. When I went in they were all at 35psi. So while rotating them the service workers decided to lower them to 31?!!! How is that even a thing, I mean you’re a dealership you should know what the psi is suppose to be on your own cars. I’m just absolutely disappointed in what took place yesterday.

My overall experience with my salesman was great. At the time of purchase I provided a payoff figure for my vehicle which was higher than what I owed on the vehicle. I was also offered additional money towards my lease/purchase and was told since I had already completed my paperwork they would still honor and would cut me a check. I have since sent a follow up email inquiring about the check and the difference still owed for the overpayment to my old vehicle with no response. 3 weeks later and patiently waiting for my check.

All of the staff at this dealership are always helpful and very friendly. I recently traded in my car for a brand new one and Tony, Dewey, and Freddy all helped me throughout the entire process. They made me feel a part of the Colonial South Chevy family! Have been a customer for years and will continue to be for many years to come!

Forrest was amazing! I came in recently because I failed my inspection due to a problem with a seatbelt harness on the passenger backseat. He contacted the manufacturer and discovered the part needed to repair the seatbelt was still under warranty. As a result, Forrest saved me lots of money. Also, he was able to set me up with an oil change. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed! Keep up the good work, Colonial South Chevrolet!

Steve was really good. He kept me informed on what was going on which is a major deal for me. Communication is a main key thing for me. So fat so good. The issue that the car had, hasn't come back. But it's only been a week.

Forest was great. Good communication the entire time. Spent every effort he could updating me with anything and everything he received from the warranty company. The second he got the green light from them, he let me know every detail along the way of the required maintenance. The service adviser Forest did a great job with getting my truck back in time and keeping me informed of what other services are needed or coming up. The service tech only gets 1 star as my truck came out with greasy finger prints all over the outside and when I got in there was grease on my door panel and steering wheel. Again forest did a great job but I also don’t appreciate a phone call asking me to change my review from four stars to five! I was told the stars reflect on the service adviser and not the techs or the store which is the only reason I gave him five stars. Colonial Chevrolet is great dealership to work with but the techs need to improve on customer satisfaction
