Pharmacy's DANIELA is very Rude and doesn't speak to customers very politely. attitude when answering phones, every time a question was asked she would take a deep breath and exhale loudly on the phone to reply with " she didn't know" she completely sounded like i was a bother even though it was her job and i'm the customer ( not saying the customer is always right). and not to mention she hang up on my face. called to asked for her name and she stated it and hung up on my face again just rude and untasteful specially from someone in the medical field where care for other and professionalism is expected .

Worst place ever, my prescription was sent to this location but they said they have not received the prescription. I made dr office send my prescription 5 times over the period of 3 days but pharmacy said they have not received it and top of it their baat attitude. I wish I could give them zero star

The pharmacist here (woman with the curly hair and white jacket) is extremely rude and disrespectful. Customer service skills are lacking. She needs some training on how to better deal with people or find another job, maybe sitting in a cubicle somewhere away from customers.

The store manager went above and beyond to help me purchase an item that was sold out. She located it in stock room and I purchased 3 items with her help. Wonderful service and I will use Rite Aid as my favorite store. Great job even cashier helped out. Thanks so much
