Made an appointment for Monday. I needed struts and upper control arms changed. First they tell me they overbooked and my truck wouldn’t be done till Wednesday. Let me add the service manager called me and was concerned that bushings needed to be pressed into the control arms. Not an uncommon task for any shop. That was concerning and i doubt this service manager has ever turned a wrench was my thought. Then he tells me his alignment machine suddenly broke and cant do the job. Two days my truck sat. This is a 4-6 hour job. The truck is clean, rust free and has been very well maintained. So basically the shop couldn’t handle suspension work. Its basically a jiffy lube that does inspection stickers. Place is a joke.

Another amazing experience at McGee Chevrolet. Went in to purchase my lease and walked out 1.5hrs later with a new 2022 lease for the same payment! Devin and Josh were fantastic! They weren’t pushy. They were honest and patient and made this transaction so easy! This is the 4th vehicle we’ve leased/purchased from McGee and I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

Johnny greeted us w a mega-watt smile and a firm handshake, from the very first interaction he was a very polite, knowledgeable and a non-pushing car salesman. When it was time pick up my new Traverse, Johnny even offer to take some pictures for us, which I truly appreciated! My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase and our experience with Johnny. Being that this is our second SUV out if this dealership, that speaks tons!! The financing staff was also very patient and pleasant to talk to, he took the time to show us everything we needed to know about extended warranties and why they were important. Overall, everyone at McGee Chevrolet was top-notch! We'll be back soon! : )

It took 6 months to find the truck I wanted--blacked-out, Ram 1500 Limited with the Hemi 5.7L engine and all the techy bells and whistles--including the RamBox option. This was a serious upgrade to my V6 Honda Ridgeline that wouldn't pull my snowmobile trailer this winter. Drove 1-1/2 hours to Raynham to look at it and was blown away. The staff at McGee was uber-helpful--thank you, Ingrid! My sales assoicate, Manny Williams, was terrific--pure professional, helping us navigate the hassles of buying a vehicle out-of-state. When all was said and done, he drove the car to my city hall and made the swap to take away my old Honda. I guarantee I drove away from that exchange happier than he did returning to Raynham--pulls my boat or snowmobile trailer without a problem! I will definitely consider making the drive to Raynham for my next vehicle!

If you want Market Adjusted Pricing, this is the place for you. This means everything there will be way overpriced. Forget MSRP. Try $12,000 higher than that. There is a reason why they are the only dealership left with cars on their lot. I went to the Chevrolet website. The real deal one. Chevy tells you who in the local area has what you want and what their price is. Super simple, right. Then you go there. Well I got the car and CHEVROLET said its $67,755 at McGee. That's the round about price for an LT Tahoe. I go there to buy it and they say that SAME ONE is Market Adjusted and it's $79,755. For an LT Tahoe? REALLY!?!?! That's funny. A High Country is $80, 205. But an LT is $79 grand. With appoited Leather. The fake one on the sides. This is all because McGee does something called Market Adjust. I was told the housing market is up and so is the car market. I was also told everything is marked up 6 to 12 grand due to the Market. What. MSRP is MSRP. Chevy DID NOT charge you an Adjusted Market Increase. But your customers have to pay this. What!?! They didn't Market Adjust you. But see the pics to see. Website $67,775. But sticker aka taped on pieced of old service paper is $79,775. Haha. If you want to be ripped off, then this is the place for you. I said I wanted to see the manufacter sticker. Please roll the window up. I was told we do not get them with stickers. What. Every dealer in the United States gets them with the manufacturer's stickers on them except you guys. Yeah, ok. This was a great waste of time as we were told they would do it 3 times and then we went back through the why I should pay the Market Adjusted Price. So again, go here to see inflation and greed at its finest. Good luck, McGee. I hope you stop the price gouging soon, so maybe we can do business! If not, then we will not! On the plus side, the 2 gentleman I dealt with in the showroom today were great guys. They wanted to sell me the car badly, but they were stuck with the Market Adjust Pricing they did not do. Their price setters did this greed.

Manny was great! Manny took the to listen for what I was looking for in a vehicle and in a payment. Manny fought for me to get better pricing to meet my needs. In this market with limited inventory and higher priced vehicles it could have been easy for Manny to pass on the deal I was looking for and let me walk. But, he didn't! He kept fighting for me to get the price I was looking for! After we worked out the deal for my wife's Traverse Manny greeted my family with the same professional manner in which he treated me! Manny was so good that I got another car from him 2 days later! Manny is an asset to your company and Mcgee Chevrolet is lucky to have him! Thanks for superior service! You have a customer for life!
