Went in on back to back days and bought 4 new tires for my Camry and my SUV. Nate from the Raynham location hooked me up with a great deal for the four tires for the SUV saving me a substantial amount of money. My husband's pick up truck is in need of 2 front tires and we know exactly where we're going and who we will ask for. Both days my service, which included front end alignments on both vehicles, took just a few hours and I was able to pick my vehicles up on my time frame. Definitely worth doing business here.

These guys really take care of you. Life happens and they do whatever they can do to get it right. Bought my tires and wheels for the summer so i can use my stocks with snows in the winter. Get the road hazard!!! It is well worth every penny here in New England. No matter who’s there John, Devin, Chuck or anyone they remember you and keep excellent notes and records. So they know exactly what happened and what’s going on. That really helps when I’m in charge of 3 cars. My wife’s, my Mother’s and myself. We know what to do and when to do it. Thanks guys!!!

I would’ve given them a zero if I could’ve! Made an appointment on line and was told it would take an hour. Showed up at the Raynham store as planned and after they took my money and my keys I was told it would take 90min - 2hrs…. Now, almost 3 hours later I’m still waiting for my car! Employees have zero customer service in mind. I was told not to come here if I want it done timely. I would’ve gladly paid more to deal with a business that doesn’t mislead you and actually cares about the customer. NEVER AGAIN!

Make sure you check your new tires to ensure they match the ones you purchased... When I arrived they agreed to transfer a discount that my mom had to me which at the time I was grateful for. I left the shop while they were installing, they called me twice to let me know my car was ready which I didn't read to much in to at the time. The first time I asked if it was okay that I'm going to be about 30 minutes. They said that was alright but still called again 20 minutes later. Then when I picked up my car, I noticed that the tires seemed to look different. After leaving and upon more inspection, they were obviously a completely different tire. I called them to see why this happened and if it was an honest mistake and they either hung up or the call disconnected. Irritated already, I drive back to the shop. They explain that the tires that I ordered online were not available and asked if I knew what "inventory variance" is... I think I can assume. Anyway, because of inventory variance, they didn't have the tires I ordered 4 days ahead of time online so they made the executive decision to just give me completely different tires. They assured me the ones I have are actually better and to not worry. Getting different tires is not even the part I'm most upset about, it's that they just didn't involve me in the decision at all, probably just hoping I wouldn't notice. Also, looking online, the tires I received are much less expensive than the ones I ordered (around the same cost as what the discount transfered to me would've made the tires). I'm even wondering if they called me twice to say my car was ready to make it seem as though they did inform me of the change.

I booked an alignment appointment ahead of time. I checked in, handed over the keys, and was told I'd receive a call once it was done. Instead of waiting there, I had a friend follow me and took me to Shaws across the street to grab some water to make the most of my time. While I was scanning my water at the self-check out, I missed a call from Town Fair Tire. Upon returning their call, they notified me that my car was done and ready. I was very pleased that they took it right away and finished up so quickly.

I always have a great experience with town fair tire Raynham, MA. This time I had a pleasure of working with John. He assisted me with choosing tires for my vehicle at a reasonable price. I was told tires would arrive by Wednesday but the tires arrived a day sooner than expected. I was notified right away by John to see if I can go in sooner. I dropped my vehicle off and Within 90 minutes my vehicle was ready for pickup. John had a pleasant attitude and was very helpful throughout. Would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!

I thankfully choose this place to replace my tires. I had a really good experience as their representative John is awesome. He makes you feel really appreciated as a customer. He was really helpful w/ my tire selection. Great service, great knowledge they're willing to share, great deals for 1 or 4 tire package with associated recommended service. I would definitely recommend!

I blew a tire on my trailer on 495 near Raynham. With the help of a passerby, we changed the tire on the shoulder and I was on my way. Not a mile down the road I see the tire smoking because it wasn’t properly inflated. I pulled off the highway into a church parking lot and called for help. My Dad showed up and I took the tire off and we headed to Sullivan Tire who told me they could have it ready tomorrow. Mind you, I had an unmounted spare, plus the two blown out tires on wheels. All I needed was the spare put on one of the wheels and inflated. They were not busy, so I walked out and we went to Town Fair Tire down the road. They mounted the spare on one of the wheels and asked that I just give them a review. I will go out of my way to bring these guys my business in the future, gladly. I was referred to the Raynham Town Fair Tire by my father-in-law who has been a loyal customer for years. Although this location is a longer drive from my residence, I took his word and went to Raynham. I could tell it was busy, however I was acknowledged and addressed the moment I walked in. Devin was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions. The waiting area was clean, and had well stocked vending machines. It was comforting to be able to view my vehicle on the TV while it was in the shop. Raynham Town Fair Tire has earned my business, and I will certainly return to Devin for all my future tire needs.
