New manager Joe and his staff are very accommodating, though short staffed they squeezed me in before closing time to get my tires done! This place is awesome and so are Joe, his assistant Chris, and his staff!

Tracy and Miguel are phenomenal! They discovered the cause of my sensor light issue and helped me get my vehicle safe for a 2 hour drive. Definitely recommend this location with accommodating, friendly, and professional staff.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I walked in and realized they stopped selling all parts and the employees response was where have you been and obviously you haven't been here. Rude people, sign still says they have parts and retail which they don't.

This location was awesome. I was having trouble with my virtual card for payment and they went above and beyond to help me to get it to work! Took over 45 minutes but in the end they figured it out for me. They were quick and fast with getting my new tires on my old rims and the price wasn't bad at all. The employees are amazing and very patient and caring!!

I dealt with a guy named Francois. Let me tell you it was one of the better experiences I’ve had somewhere, they found out right away what was wrong and got it back to me fixed quicker than any place I’ve ever gone. I thought the issue would have me without a car for a few days because of the amount of cars they had. Within 4 hours the car was done and running smoothly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for great and timely service and respect!

EVERY single time I come into Pep Boys the lady at the front desk, Tracy I believe, always has an attitude. I’ve been coming to this store for years. It’s to the point in my last visit I had another customer there tell me they had the same exact experience with her when they witnessed how rude she was to me. People spend their hard earned money at this place only to have to deal with an unpleasant, unprofessional and rude lady working the front desk. Completely unprofessional. People, if you see this please go somewhere else with your car you deserve better service. You’ve been warned. Shame on you Pep Boys.

Went in to get 4 tires installed on my Jeep. I went online picked the ones i wanted and said would pay in store. I walked in and waited a few mins to check in as someone came in right before me. Christine was welcoming and very polite checked me in took keys and confirmed order. I decided to wait and was advised upfront it would take roughly 2 hours. Had a few conversations and decided with Christine's advise to add the road hazard warranty. It also comes with a free 1 year roadside assistance. Saw some inpatient customers as someone came in after me and said he had appt. As guy was taking my car and told other customer i have an appt as well. The tech is doing what he is suppose todo. I was very excited to find out i also received an extra discount as i am previous military. Great job. Tech advised me i had a lot of build up on rims he took extra time to clean it. Was extremely pleased
