Carlton was so helpful in getting my car serviced for a wheel bearing replacement. I honestly didn't expect to get it back so soon but they took great care to get it back within the same day! Highly recommend you take your car to Midas in Raynham on Rt 44!! Service: Brake service & repair

Great place with great mechanics and Carlton is very nice and knowledgeable and is very detail oriented when it comes to diagnosing vehicles. Always willing to help and putting its customers first. Great place have been going for years and will continue to do so. they also offer credit card financing with up to 12 months no interest which has certainly helped me out many times as well as building my credit can’t recommend this place enough. I highly recommend this Midas Muffler shop run by Carlton who came to the rescue ASAP to help with an exhaust system problem with my old Subaru Outback. He knew I was in a time crunch, and went all out to find the parts needed, and succeeded, keeping me up to date all along the way. When I went to pick the car up, he was kind enough to help me install a heavy bike rack onto the newly installed hitch. That was definitely a bonus! Thank you, Carlton! Service: Exhaust

I have been going to Midas for over a year now for my inspection stickers. Today, I needed an oil change and my brakes looked at so I chose Midas. I had made an online appointment a week prior. Carlton quickly got back to me to confirm my appointment and was also available to answer the questions I had the couple of times I called before drop off. I dropped my vehicle off last night after hours and was surprised to see they were still working. Carlton happily took my keys, took the time to answer yet more questions and told me he would call the next morning with an estimate. Due to an unexpected call out things were running behind. Carlton went the extra mile and stayed hours after closing to finish my vehicle. He went above and beyond what I expected. I’m happy to say Midas will be our mechanic going forward! I have used this Midas in Raynham MA for several years on my 20 year old Subaru and Mercedes. They always do only what is necessary, do it well, and don't try to upsell you. Prices are reasonable especially compared to dealer service. On this service they replaced a broken sway bar link but I have had brake jobs, exhaust and catalytic converter replacement, ball joints etc. replaced by them in the past, they do the lot! Don't waste time on the phone, easy to make an appointment on-line. Very satisfied. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Paul was completely rude. I made an appointment with an employee over the phone. I was told to come in at 8am for a 30 minute oil change, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was told to wait an hour and a half. Paul then told me to go across the street to Jiffy Lube if I wanted quick service. He continued to talk rude to me in each interaction. He also ate his breakfast sandwich at the cash register And used swear words while talking with other people during my visit. Never going back. Service: Oil change
