I had a great experience coming into Mastria Volkswagen of Raynham. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming and friendly. My lease was up and I was exploring my options. I worked primarily with John who made the experience as seamless as possible. He was very attentive and helpful even when I had questions after leaving the dealership. Once Again I had one amazing experience with sales lady Linda A. She graciously worked so hard to find my the exact color Munro SL I wanted. She taught me the new features and spent time with me never pushing me into anything. Each time I have bought with Linda I always feel as though she goes the extra to satisfy my needs. Mark ,putting the deal together was so kind explaining everything to me as well. Each person to make this happen were so kind and professional like Joe in the finance dept. They put 2 quarts of oil over what my car holds thank god I had appointment at Kia dealer after they had to drain it and redo the oil change . Unbelievable I can’t believe that’s a big mistake that could of caused severe engine problems makes me wonder now if this was happening right along that’s why my car was running so lousy to begin. Great place with great mechanics and Carlton is very nice and knowledgeable and is very detail oriented when it comes to diagnosing vehicles. Always willing to help and putting its customers first. Great place have been going for years and will continue to do so. they also offer credit card financing with up to 12 months no interest which has certainly helped me out many times as well as building my credit can’t recommend this place enough.
