I had a great experience coming into Mastria Volkswagen of Raynham. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming and friendly. My lease was up and I was exploring my options. I worked primarily with John who made the experience as seamless as possible. He was very attentive and helpful even when I had questions after leaving the dealership. I recently brought my Tacoma in for a routine oil change and multi-point service check. Luis, the customer service agent was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. When I presented him with a coupon that I found from a packet that came with the truck in 2015, he didn’t flinch. People like him make such a difference for a company. Also, I have to mention that the salesman, Matt who sold me the truck seven years ago came over to say hello. He even remembered my name (and I his). Once Again I had one amazing experience with sales lady Linda A. She graciously worked so hard to find my the exact color Munro SL I wanted. She taught me the new features and spent time with me never pushing me into anything. Each time I have bought with Linda I always feel as though she goes the extra to satisfy my needs. Mark ,putting the deal together was so kind explaining everything to me as well. Each person to make this happen were so kind and professional like Joe in the finance dept. It took 6 months to find the truck I wanted--blacked-out, Ram 1500 Limited with the Hemi 5.7L engine and all the techy bells and whistles--including the RamBox option. This was a serious upgrade to my V6 Honda Ridgeline that wouldn't pull my snowmobile trailer this winter. Drove 1-1/2 hours to Raynham to look at it and was blown away. The staff at McGee was uber-helpful--thank you, Ingrid! My sales assoicate, Manny Williams, was terrific--pure professional, helping us navigate the hassles of buying a vehicle out-of-state. When all was said and done, he drove the car to my city hall and made the swap to take away my old Honda. I guarantee I drove away from that exchange happier than he did returning to Raynham--pulls my boat or snowmobile trailer without a problem!
