My husband and I drove from CT to Mastria Nissan because they had the truck he was looking for. We had the pleasure of being introduced to Linda, who helped us with our test drive and, ultimately, our purchase. Linda was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly without being pushy like some salespeople tend to be! She even arranged for the out of state registration and having the vehicle delivered to me. All of the staff were very helpful and overall it was a pleasant buying experience. They definitely showed the qualities of a great family business. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, they are worth the look - even if it means driving across state lines.

I had a great experience working with Mark Hall in sales. I wasn't looking forward into looking for a new car but they made this experience for me easy and tolerable. I've never felt pressured by the staff unlike some other places, they were very laid back and easy to talk to. They also worked well with my busy schedule. I scheduled to look at a car and had to reschedule. Then I finally decided to purchase the car and scheduled to do the paperwork but I had to reschedule once again. They were very patient with me and checked up on me through the process and also followed up with me after my purchase. Wally P. was also very helpful through out the process from beginning till end and answered questions Mark was unsure of. Joe in finance was also very helpful and explained everything thoroughly so I wouldnt be hit with any surprises and also answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. Over all, service was great and the staff I encountered were so nice. It was such a pleasure doing business with them and made this experience better than I could have imagined. Thankyou all so much!
