Been going here for inspection stickers for the past 4 years and I will continue to go here. They are friendly, efficient, and always treated me well. Andy will go out of his way to make sure im comfortable and will chat with me and im never there for more than 20 minutes. Great place

Exceptional attention from the owner himself. Pre-Covid, I remember this place used to close at 9pm. I needed an Inspection sticker for my vehicle. After a 45mins commute, I got there on Friday at about 8:20pm. All the lights/displays were off. I saw a vehicle running in the front door. Fred told me they now close at 8pm. He must've seen the disappointment on my face as I was pulling out. He stopped me and said: "Let me see what I can do..." He went back in, turn on all the shop lights, brought my vehicle inside and proceeded to complete my state inspection. THIS IS WHAT GOOD OL' OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE!! I’ve been an extremely faithful customer of this particular Sunoco station for about 3 years. I personally like the vintage feel of this gas station. I’m very particular about what brand fluids & gas I put in my vehicle and these guys are second to none. Need a MA State Inspection? These guys do it there too

Terribly slow with inspection stickers, more than 2 hours. If my new car dealer hadn't prepaid for the sticker, I would have left and gone someplace more attentive. At all times, there were 5 cars waiting for a sticker. The guy doing the stickers was easily distracted whenever he started one. During mine sticker, he drove the car in, hooked it up to the computer, left to take a phone call, then pumped gas, then spent 10 minutes glad handing with a local dealer, another phone call, then something in the office, then back to my sticker. All the while, 5 cars are waiting to get in behind me. I don't know why anyone would go there if they weren't prepaid by the dealer.

When a service station tries to take advantage of me and feed me a bunch of lies I fight back. I went to get my car inspected and they tried telling me my headlight was installed by an unqualified technician. They said they would need to fix it to pass me. When I asked why they proceeded to tell me that they could tell it wasn't installed correctly and they needed to replace it or they would give me a rejection sticker. I told them no, pull my car out and I'll take it somewhere else. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get my car back until the inspection was complete. I told them that they do not have authorization to touch my car except to back it out of the bay. They refused and proceeded to take my keys, then went behind closed doors. I went into the bay leaned on my horn and did so until they came out. When the manager approached me I told him he had no right to hold my car hostage as it is my property. I told him to give me my keys and he refused to do so. I took the keys out of his hand, went into the bay, backed my car out, and left. All this occurred while they were saying "Your Screwed" and "I'm calling the police and having them arrest you." No one threatens and\or tries to take advantage of me To be sure all my bases were covered and to ensure the police were aware of the issue, I contacted the Raynham police myself and explained what happened. The Sargent told me that they could not take my property and they had no right to try and hold my vehicle. I went to another inspection station and talked to someone. They had just closed but told me there was nothing wrong with my headlights. I'll return there to get my vehicle inspected. Avoid the Sunoco station on RT 44 in Raynham.

Small business, friendly staff. Wont try to take advantage of your lack of car knowledge. Fred was straight to the point and very transparent. Also, he worked hard to get everyone done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for my future car needs.
