Now that I have gone to another Toyota dealer I can see the difference between professionalism and honest people who actually cares about their clients satisfaction to thieves like this dealer Toyota route 44 from the sales staff, the financial man who never provided me with carpets for my old Camry that was not cheap! No remote started that was part of the deal, to a sales person who still owes me a check, to the service department staff who are all very rude, and unprofessional. This dealer definitely sucks I would never go back and regret to have sent my brother to get his car there as well. Someone who’s honest should take over this dealer!.

The customer service gentlemen are wonderful. Very nice and super helpful. The assistant service manager? Absolutely horrible with no people skills what so ever. I was told I could drop my car off and have my tires refurbished without an issue, even though my car was not purchased through that exact dealership. They looked up my contract and said everything was in order and that I was free to drop it off. I made an appointment three weeks prior to my appointment since I was going to be out of state for two weeks and had someone to help me out with bringing it and getting it done while I was away. I was told that It wouldn’t take longer than a day to do. 2 days passed and I heard nothing. I called to check in on my car just to be told it wasn’t touched and that they tried to contact me via phone call and left a voicemail. They did NOT call or leave a message. The assistant service manager I talked to told me I needed to go give him a hard copy of my contract before they do any work on the car and now it would be an extra two weeks before I could get it fixed since I am still out of state and needed to hand deliver the contract to the manager. I asked if I would be able to get a rental since I would be out of a car for around a day and needed to get to work and the assistant service manager told me there was no way that was happening. I told him I have had nothing but problems with this Toyota, first problem being with me having to bring my car in not once but 4 times for my sunroof malfunctioning, which was never resolved, and now this. I got the response of “well bring it back where you got it from”. I will NEVER Recommend this dealership. Toyota itself is great, but if I were you, to save yourself from a headache and from dealing with a rude and inconsiderate service manager, find a different Toyota dealership to buy from. Maybe you’ll get a little more respect.

Came in here to sell my deceased mother in laws car. She passed suddenly and this was a traumatic event for us. Edgar Rosales was THE BEST!! He was empathetic and understanding to our situation. He reviewed our paperwork and made us a fair and reasonable offer. We will be back to buy in the fall!! Thanks Edgar!!

My Camry has been making a winding/whirring noise for about 2 weeks. I took it to Rt. 44 Toyota to see what the problem is. I was thinking it was a wheel bearing. After a short time one of the service managers told me that to find out if its one of the wheel bearings i would need to purchase 4 new tires, the reason being my tires are "choppy". This would cost me $975. No thanks I said. I then asked once again about the wheel bearings and they said if I got the new tires they could go from there. When first checking the car in they told me most of the older, experienced techs were gone for the day and that it was mostly new ones at that hour. So it was rush, rush basically. $150 for a diagnostic check to try and sell me new tires that I can get for much cheaper somewhere else.

I recently brought my Tacoma in for a routine oil change and multi-point service check. Luis, the customer service agent was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. When I presented him with a coupon that I found from a packet that came with the truck in 2015, he didn’t flinch. People like him make such a difference for a company. Also, I have to mention that the salesman, Matt who sold me the truck seven years ago came over to say hello. He even remembered my name (and I his). From scheduling to completion, this visit was great. I love my Tacoma!

I was told they had the car I wanted but it was in transit and would be at dealer at end of July/early August. I said ok great, I would like to put a deposit to hold the car over the phone using my credit car. Many car dealers allow you to put a deposit over the phone with a credit card. This dealer refused to let me do that even though I had to drive more than one hour to reach the dealer as I would be traveling during high traffic times due to work. Then, sales manager kept giving me different reasons why I need to come in person to give deposit. None of the reasons made since, such as they need to finalize the price of the car when I come in or I need to tell them how I would be purchasing the car like would it be cash, financing or lease. I told them suffice it to say, I would be purchasing the car but have not yet decided how I would be paying for it but it goes without saying that I would be paying the car before I leave dealer with car. As far as finalizing the price of the car, I told them that they could easily send me an out the door price for the car via email which I could accept to pay or decline to pay. In any event, something seemed fishy and decided not to buy the car from them even though they said the car would be at their dealership in a short period of time. Later I spoke to the manager again who said that the deposit they wanted me to put on the car would be non-refundable! Every other Toyota dealer I spoke to said my deposit would be refundable except for this dealership. Something told me not to deal with this dealers and I am glad I decided to stay away! Extremely pleasant experience! Their salesman, Josh Banks, is the best to work with— got me out of my lease into a newer car with a lower payment. I highly recommend seeing him! Everyone is extremely helpful and respectful— will be the only dealership I ever use from here on out!
