Got the manufacturers hybrid software update for free on my 2011 Toyota Prius. Caroline was very helpful. Service was prompt and on time. Giving 4/5 stars because I didn’t love the layout of the service area. It was very much drop your car off and get the hell out lol. A cozy sitting area would benefit greatly. luckily I went on a bike ride during my appointment.

Almost didn't happen. I usually avoid Dealers for used cars because they often charge a premium and I feel I can get a better deal from a private party purchase. These are crazy times and I would recommend you consider a brand name dealer in your search. Lia of Northampton had the exact vehicle I wanted and for the year and miles it was competitively priced. Dwayne was the salesman I was working with. He is very nice and personable. I took it for a drive and decided to purchase the truck. I noticed it had an unusual air intake that was I thought part of the offroad package. Later on I had questioned the sales manager who apparently thought it was stock as well. I had made a mental picture of the item and began some research. I eventually identified the intake asan aftermarket K&N 77-9036KP. It is a beautiful looking filter that is not cheap. However these devices will provide only marginally more horsepower and are known to potentially adversely affect the MAS (Mass Air Flow Sensor) and raise emissions. They are illegal in California. I asked that this device be replaced with the stock air filter as these items will actually void the warrantee of a new Toyota. The sales manager refused.... so the deal fell through and they ended up refunding my money. Several days later I received a call from Dwayne asking me if I would like to purchase a new truck. I jokingly asked "for the same price as the other one?!". He said that a different manager had evidently agreed with me and I could have the vehicle with the stock air system. So, I ended up with the truck after all. I could not be happier with the purchase. Lia took the truck to DMV for inspection, and registration then delivered to my house 50 miles away. I even ended up with an extra $100 refund check in the mail from the extra registration they had charged. I recommend Lia of Northampton. Ask for Dwayne and tell him Mark the air filter guy sent you!

Sami & Francesca were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful & kind. My local dealer had some strange policy that would have left me without a car for 7 days while attempting a lease buyout. They were willing to turn the process over in a couple of days. I was willing to drive the extra hour each way to work with them. Actually came out driving a new car instead. They were wonderful!!

Absolute waste of time and money. Had an appointment for 1pm, asked to sit in the waiting room until 1:45. Once I finally got called in to the service bay, I described the problem to the "service technician" in detail saying the engine had a misfire. He said it would be $150 for diagnosis, no problem. I get a call 10 minutes after dropping it off stating they would need to pull and replace coils and plugs for $600, 3 hours of labor at $150 per hour. This is not a job that should take TRAINED TOYOTA SPECIALIST TECHNICIANS neither 3 hours nor $600 to inspect. After looking at the car myself, as a part time mechanic, I realized they had not inspected the car oil levels at all. The paper I received stated I declined "further diagnosis" because to this amateur dealership it would take 3 labor hours and $600 to inspect spark plugs, despite a very obvious problem being in front of them. In addition, calling this place is a nightmare. After this failed attempt at a diagnosis, I received a call stating that they failed to service one of the two recalls on this vehicle. Talking to the 'appointment coordinator' is like trying to make a sentence out of spaghettios. Upon returning the call, the '''''coordinator''''. after 15 minutes of back and forth, realized that the recall work was indeed performed (though I'm still not clear on this, they made very little sense on the phone and were extremely unknowledgeable.) My advice, if you have suspicions of your car misbehaving, save some money and time by using google and taking your car to an independently owned mechanic shop. They won't be condescending, waste your time and money by making bogus diagnoses, or spending a half hour listening to elevator music on hold.

I would definitely recommend Lia Toyota to anyone looking for a car. My husband and I recently bought a Toyota Highlander from them, and the process was easy and very quick! Jason our sales rep. Was wonderful to work with. Since we lived far away we did everything over the phone/computer. Jason answered all of our questions , and made buying a car over the phone effortless. They delivered the car to our house and we signed paperwork with in 5 days of purchasing. Thank you guys so much. We absolutely love the car !!

I was treated like family here. I love all the staff who helped me through the process of such a big and expensive decision. Especially Sami, David and Dominic. There was never pressure or making me feel uncomfortable about the process, or like someone was trying to take advantage of me or my wife. These are terrific people. Sami will make you feel like you got nothing to worry about. Everyone is patient and friendly. This is where I shop for cars. No need to go anywhere else. Great people!
