Newer ever go there! If you want to make a return and want to print a label there - forget it! Though is says on FedEx site that the location has to print it and has a QR code drop off.

The worst office ever, Chinese looking lady that work there talking to the customers with attitude instead of provide service to customers! That kind of employees make this location look very unprofessional and very low level customer service feelings after visit this location. Online it says office work 24 seven and employee instead of explain and apologize to a customer that waste time go there and don’t be able to find the information they need and track a package or pick up, she cursed out customer! Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting customer service!

They didn't receive my Walmart return small package. . I called twice to ask if they could print the return label there. The first day I talk with customer service and they gave me the address. Next day I called that exactoffice wanting to confirm and the phone attendant said that I could go. That FedEx office is hidden inside a hotel and it took me long to find it. They didn't help me but sent me to another office!

It’s been almost 20 minutes at FedEx drop location in Walgreen but staff available in Walgreen is not aware about it that how to process and she is also waiting for customer service to help me out. I think there should be dedicated person for help and immediate service. I think I need to go back home and try in day time if someone can help me.
