Google really need to add a zero to review, this store/company is the worse, they don't deliver product and they ask you to wait between 830am-5pm, the employee are disconnect and do not like there job. wait one day for deliver than anther when you call 800 number someone from India answer. Buyer beware this store/company is a scam.

Worst customer service experience EVER! Will never do business with them again! Placed an order for print and pick up online to be ready by 4pm next day. Called about 2-3pm day of pick up to confirm everything and after a 2HOUR wait time-yes that is correct 2 hours on hold total waiting for someone in print to answer-I get told they didn’t start the sign and won’t start until later that night or next day! When I stated no I need it at the given time frame of when I ordered they stated ok we will do the order. Cut to an hour and a half later when they stated oh we reviewed your order and we can’t do it the website made a mistake. WHAT? Why not tell me after I was on hold? I gave the order number and had she really pulled up my order she would have known by then. Why drag this on until I was on my way? Why treat customers so rudely? If you need something done in a timely manner or if you are looking for customer service this place is not for you look elsewhere.

I don’t know when this store started to go downhill with customer service. It uses to be clean and friendly. Now, everybody has an attitude like they are so unhappy to work there. Everybody that works there miserable therefore they gave the worst customer service ever. How sad it is beautiful neighborhood To have this place as the worst place.

The store has some issues with water leaks and lack of shopping carts or baskets either available or being used for the entire store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a terrible experience; If you guys order on-line make sure you don't do pick up. Try to get it shipped, because this company is a total mess. They sent me an email with "the confirmation pick up code" which wasn't relevant. My order was not ready, they didn't wanna cut the business cards..and they didn't do refund us because " it was done through a third party"😔😪😒I needed them urgently...

I do almost all my office printing at this location and everything the service is quick and qualitative. The staff working is always friendly and helpful. The store is organized well, it’s clean and the location is visible. Strongly recommend!
