I had a really bad experience in this place. Bought two pillows with direct delivery. I waited one month and they did not even call. Today I went back and requested my refund. It is a shame that they are not able to comply with their responsibilities.

I had an awful time. When I arrived, there was one other customer at the business. I was told it would be about 15 minutes and I can lay in any of the beds to try them out. After waiting for an hour and a half, the other customers finished their business and the lady working the store finally came over to help me. As she was giving me the salesperson shpeal, another customer arrived and she said to him it'd be about 15 minutes. As she pulls down a bed for me to lay on that I asked about, she then walks over starts dealing with the other customer, and then proceeds to juggle service between the two of us. The other customer left before I did. At this point I was two hours into this. Across the next 20 minutes she tells me it can be delivered Sunday free of charge and gave me a two hour window. 5 minutes later she tells me Sunday they'll be calling me to tell me on Monday when they'll be able to deliver it. She then said I looked 30 years older than I am and at this point after over 2 hours I still don't know if I'm going to get a bed

Walked into the store and was immediately Greeted buy two very kind and professional sales associates. I must say that Danny and Fatemah, I have the upmost respect and patience with clients they really made me feel at home. I had no time did I feel any pressure all I felt was they genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect mattress from my back. After a few times coming back-and-forth we finally found the perfect mattress and that made me very happy. I really appreciate all the help that these two wonderful sales associate gave me and I will definitely be back and refer anybody I know to work with them. Thank you

I went specifically to try out the Purple Bed. From the start Kevin was on his game. Obviously he was very knowledgeable of the product. I wasn't coming to buy but I was continuing research. After speaking with Kevin at length I was convinced It was right for me and I ended up buying the bed and adjustable frame right there.

Didn’t even come in to purchase at that moment but left out with deals that I couldn’t turn down. Kevin was awesome! He really tried his best to make sure I received what I wanted. Very good customer service and down to earth guy. I can’t wait to sleep great on my new mattress!

Marjorie at mattress firm was very helpful Took her time and explained the product thoroughly. Mattress was very comfortable and supportive. It was an overall very good experience. Delivery guys came and set up the bed and took the old mattress very polite and helpful. Thank you so much for the convenience. We love our new bed🌹 ♥️

A great experience at the store! We shopped for a mattress online but then weren’t sure about buying a mattress without even seeing or trying it. We came to the Mattress Firm to check out options and received a helpful and friendly service. They had a special running so the prices were even lower than the ones we saw online. Want to say thanks to Andres for his patience in helping us choose the right mattress. Looking forward to restful relaxing nights on our new mattress.
