Every single delivery I've gotten from Ashley has had a missing part. Today, I had a backless couch delivered. We also received the wrong back pillows. There should have been one left, one middle, and one right. We received three left, two middle, and no right pillow. We also received an extra left side panel. The delivery person called Ashley and reported the missing back. They told us they could ship the part to us in 5-7 business days. After I left, I called corporate again to confirm. First, I waited for 20 minutes and gave up. I called again and chose the option to be called back. They called me back and put me on hold to add notes to my account. The system hung up on me. I called again and this time chose the text message option, which has actually been much better to use as I got an immediate response and have been able to send photos. Update 7/18/22: I emailed the address Ashley posted in response to my review on July 14th. I have not gotten any response from them or from corporate regarding the customer service cases I submitted. Update 7/22/22: We received a box from Ashley. It contained one left pillow and one middle pillow, so now we have four left pillows, three middle pillows, and still zero right pillows. I received an email about another part being shipped, so I hope that is the back piece.

I had some delay with a piece of my furniture, however, the problem was fixed and I love my furniture! Their selection of furniture is far superior to their competitors. Finally, my salesperson, Brandon at the Wesley Chapel location is fantastic, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service! Great experience!

Overall terrible experience. However, we had a great experience picking out our furniture and working with the staff at this store up until the point our furniture was delivered. Since then, it has been a nightmare! We ordered several pieces in-store at the Wesley Chapel Ashley's Furniture before moving across the state. The associate we worked with confirmed that if the furniture didn't fit into our new place, we could exchange it or refuse delivery. When the furniture arrived (on time), we realized everything wouldn't fit. We refused delivery of one piece and confirmed by signing with the delivery men. This is where everything went downhill. The other pieces were left, but they didn't fit either. We contacted the associate from Wesley Chapel who helped us exchange the furniture for another set over the phone. He assured us the price would be the same and he would send me information with an updated receipt and delivery information ASAP. That is the last I heard from him. A few days later, I got a call confirming pickup of the furniture at our old address (which shouldn't have even been on file except for billing). We had to cancel that. Later that week, the new furniture tried to be delivered, but the old furniture still hadn't been picked up. The delivery people were VERY rude and no one would help us. I never received a response from the associate at Wesley Chapel when I reached out for help. We finally talked to customer service on the phone who arranged a later date for the furniture to be picked up and the new furniture to be dropped off. That did happen smoothly a few days later, but since then, I've talked to Ashley several times via phone, email, and chat (including directly calling the Wesley Chapel store) because we are still being billed for an additional chair that they keep trying to deliver. We never wanted that chair in the first place! It is on our bill and no one has been able to help get it off. We should not have to pay for something we never ordered or received. Ashley chat customer service suggested we pay it then get refunded, but I am not doing that considering how unhelpful they have been so far. The Wesley Chapel store said they were fixing it (although not the original associate — he has ignored every attempt at contact since the initial delivery) but I never heard back from that woman either. We are currently trying to sort things out with Synchrony so we do not have to pay for furniture we never received, but I still can't get Ashley to send me an updated receipt for the furniture we ultimately did purchase. They said they did a price match for the original set, but we need to show Synchrony proof of purchase that we don't have. Altogether, this has been a terrible experience with even worse customer service. The couch is great.. but hopefully it lasts, because we don't be purchasing from Ashley again.

I purchased a rocker recliner on 10/20/2021 from Ashley Furniture HomeStore . Chair OK, until 6 weeks later I started to have a back ache. Looked at chair seat and it had sunk 3 inch on one side. Called Ashley Customer Service and they sent out a new cushion and scheduled a Tech to come out and fix chair. Tech came on 12/11/2021 and repaired chair. Six weeks later same problem. Tech came on 02/03/2022 and said it was a customer usage problem. Called Ashley Customer Service to send another tech to fix problem. Tech came on 03/02/2022 could not fix chair said it was a manufacture problem. Many calls and chats with Ashley Customer Service later they said Ashley would replace chair. Not an option as this was my, one and only purchase with Ashley and getting another chair from them was not acceptable. I wanted a refund. Agent said refund policy was only given within 3 days of purchase. Escalated and they agreed to a refund. I would receive it in 7 to 10 business days. No refund came. Called Ashley Customer Service and they said refund had to be approved by Store I purchased chair from. On 04/29/2022 called store and manager said they would not do refund. I am stuck with a defective chair and out of option with Ashley Furniture. Jerry Guy

Customer service prior to our purchase was amazing. Then we had delays with the delivery, we said okay these things happen. Then I realized that one cushion had a broken zipper. I didn't see it during delivery so it is a warranty problem, so okay. Next, a leg snapped off a dining room chair. Things happen, right?! On March 3, 2022, after finding out the extended warranty we purchased would not cover the issues because the furniture wasn't one year old yet, customer service at Ashley's requested photographs of the damaged pieces and scheduled a technician to come out on March 27th. On March 23 we received an email stating our order would arrive in 7-10 days. Since we didn't have an order I called customer service to find out they cancelled our service tech because they were ordering replacement parts. Fast forward to April 27 and we still have broke furniture. Today I was told they are still waiting on replacement pieces(ordered March 23, 20 days after our claim) because of the pandemic. I am trying to be patient, but I am very disappointed in this company. I gave them a 2 because the counter stools we ordered have not disappointed and the buying experience was pleasant. The sectional and dining room set are another story altogether.

We worked with directly with John Santiago, our sales rep. He answered all of our questions. We were able to join in a private sale that made Ashley’s prices even more competitive. We are pleased with the quality of their furniture in the showroom. We had been shopping all day, and did not find any comparable items. Providing delivery and our purchase lives up to our experience so far, we are very pleased.

I don't recommend any of the item if you are looking good service and support for the money you paid for the item. Story Explained: 1. Delivered a damaged item and improperly assembled without all hardware (delivery guy was miss informed that he is not going to assemble all tables for that need to call and ask for it) . 2. Struggled to contact customer care, 2/3 hours on call even after not able to contact, went to store to report. 3. After 3/5 days received a confirmation that Technician will come and check and scheduled on 22nd days 4. Technician came after 22nd without knowing why he is here. 5. He asked me what happened, by seeing that he is gluing the part, not sure why how he was thinking that gluing will fix and customer will accept. 6. He agreed to replace the part i denied to accept the gluing. 7. He was misleading me that there is know hardware are missing and nothing wrong in the assembly. 8. After showing the proof technician agreed to order the hardware, but he did not fully check what is wrong what are the parts need to be replaced. 9. Technician said, parts will be delivered after 7/14 days, till now no update on that. 10. He will come and fix after i call to them once the items are delivered. Really they don't have tracking?

Love Ashley Furniture Store. They have a great variety of furniture and the attn received was great. Excellent Customer Service. Will definitely return. Update…unfortunately I no longer recommend Ashley Furniture Store. My furniture was delivered early which was great but unfortunately the furniture had rips, tears and uneven pieces. I called Ashley the day after it was delivered, to have the furniture replaced and was advised to contact the protection plan. When I did, the protection dept couldn’t find my information. I then called Ashley back and spoke with a great representative who was able to schedule a repair/replacement but I had to wait 2 weeks. I find this to be very unfortunate and I won’t be returning.

We have been to this Ashley many times over the last 8 years. This time I was assisted by sales rep- John Santiago. I have to say that his customer service is the true reason why I purchased. I had already found a couch I loved from another store and was only visiting Ashley to do my due diligence and at least explore one more option prior to purchasing the couch I already had in my cart on my phone. I walked in let john know I’m looking for something inexpensive since we’ll be in the apartment for a short while but still stylish and comfortable (sounded like a tall order I know) but when I tell you out of the entire show room he knew exactly which 4 couches I should look at, he understood exactly what I was looking for and took me directly to his recommendations. That along with his customer service, professional, kind and patient demeanor resulted in me deleting the couch I had originally fell in love with and purchasing within 45 min I was out the door and very happy with my purchase. My husband and I have worked in sales for many years and John was the definition of what it truly means to be an excellent rep. Listening to the customers needs, guiding their buying decision without pressure whatsoever solely focused on their need, incredible customer service and warm demeanor, wins the deal every time. We will be asking for him for any purchase moving forward with Ashley Furniture Store.

I ordered a Black Maribel Bed Frame. The bed they tried to deliver was a White Boswick Sholas. I refused it at delivery. I called customer care and first the girl said it didn't come in black and I said yes it does I took a pic of it in the store when I bought it. She said she would issue a refund but never did. I called back 3 more times and each person told me they would issue a refund but still have not received any funds back to my card and it's been over 10 days. I went in the Store Yesterday to have the money put back on my card and the girls Samantha and BeBe at the desk were rude and very unprofessional. They called over Dalton who after disputing and lying to me about my order instructed BeBe to just refund my card and she did so hastily. Soon as I walked out they canceled the refund. They are lying, swindling, cheats and need to be shut down. Definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureaus and recommend never doing business with this Fradulent company.
