This Target is pretty good. They always have good customer service too. Mary helped us find lamps and Patrick checked us out. They were so sweet, so I had to mention their names.

This store is the closest one to me and still a solid 25 minute drive. Called the guest services desk and toys to ask a simple question and no one ever picks up. Gas is too mf expensive to drive just to ask a simple question. That's what phones are for!

When your on the go and a last min gift, or food for dinner, Target makes it easy to purchase and just pick up. Saved us more than once for our kids friends bday parties. And those nights they need drinks for school etc. They keep my eye on the Target and on the move

Horrible experience here today with customer service. I bought 3 tank tops from target about 2 weeks ago. One of them I washed and noticed the quality of it was horrible…. So I wanted to return them. I had my receipt which they were able to scan and take care of. I paid majority for the transaction on my debit card and $15 on a gift card that was gifted to me. Upon trying to return them Kathy the cashier was not willing to return them and said she can only give me a merchandise credit being that I used a gift card…….. UHM mam, no. I paid $100 on my card so I want my money back rightfully. She was persistent to say no so I asked for the manager. DAVID( manager) came over and acted completely dumbfounded by his job. He said he could not over ride this and I’d have to take the merchandise. I stood my ground saying no……. If you sell me horrible quality items THEN I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I ended up taking the gift card but immediately called cooperate ( hate to be that person) but at this point I am heated. They explained to me that it was not correct of them to give me the merchandise card being that I paid majority on debit and that was my preference to get it back that way. They said they will work on the training for those poorly trained employees. I sure hope so. People work hard to buy certain things…. And if they are not good quality you should be able to give me my money back no question asked.

Great customer service and very competitive prices keep customers repeat weekly business! The customer service employees are very nice and very helpful. I also really like the Target Red Card (Credit Card)! It was very easy to apply online, and my Target credit card was approved immediately with a nice credit limit. This makes for cost efficient in store (and online) shopping. There is a 5% discount immediately deducted from the purchase price of most items that I buy, when I check out. I often buy groceries at Target. I also received a generous $40 coupon towards a purchase of $40 or more when I applied for and was approved for this Target Red Card credit card! I like to use the "self checkout" when I shop in store. The self checkout for buying items, and Point of Sale transaction work very reliably, and are easy to use. Thank you for all you do!

Target Optical in New Tampa is a great place with a wide selection of frames and lenses. Stacy and Natalie are the beat optical staff I've ever used in 30 years of wearing glasses. They know the ins and outs of the corporation and know current and clearance merchandise extremely well. They communicate well with clients and other stores to meet all needs of the customer. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Dr Brian Tribunella is a thorough Optometrist and is excellent with children.

Pretty looking garbage....store looks nice but the employees that I had spoke with were rude and did not care about anything that I needed help with. Then when I called to try and speak with someone else, they dismissed my concern by hanging up the phone. I expected more being in a nice area of wesley chapel. But I'd be better served to visit a family dollar...atleast there I know what to expect.

Has generally everything you need. Except for firewood! The customer service is unparallel. People take pride in their jobs here at this facility. Target here is very well maintained, stop, supplied, and cleaned. Will continue to frequent this establishment. News update on the new "drive-up" station. The parking designated for those who order goods are being established. You will be able to order your purchases online and have them ready to pick up and brought to your car very soon.
