The dictionary definition of superlative is “of the highest quality; supreme”. I define it as this location. I went in to simply buy a pair of shoes for a friend, Sadye went above and beyond to help me pick something he would like, then managed to convince me to buy a pair of shoes and some socks for myself. The ‘personalized’ experience I received, at this location, from Sadye was so amazing, that I will only be considering this location in the future for all of my footwear needs! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

An unexpected visit to Journeys for some socks turned into the most exciting part of the mall. There was a very bubbly attendant at the register and she just made the shopping experience memorable and fun. We were all enjoying the experience with big smiles under our masks. I went in to journeys today to buy shoes. I asked a lady working there if I could get a size 8 in the white slip on vans. She goes to the back to look for them and spends 10 minutes back there. Within that time another customer comes in and asks a different lady working there if she could also try on the white slip on vans in a size 8. That lady goes to the back and is back within a minute with the shoes. Then the lady I was talking to comes back after the ten minutes and says they don’t have that size in the shoe I want. So I tell her the other customer just got the same thing I wanted and got here after me. She goes to the back again and comes back within a minute and tells me that the other customer just got the last pair in my size. How does this even happen? I have been a customer of this brand for years and sadly I will never come back to this location!

Cool display, but you can get these shoes (Vans, Converse, Dr Martins etc.) at a much better price many other places. They never have a real sale.(they always raise the ticket price before the sale. Then have a sale making you think you're saving money)

There are always a Large amount of teenage workers behind or around the counter. Acting immaturely and inappropriately for a work environment. Not necessary to have so many workers at once and quite annoying to see and Hear!

Purchased multiple pairs of shoes tonight Employees lazy. Rather talk to one another than help customers. Didn't have size for one style, actually tried to sell me 1/2 size too small. After returning home my son realized his shoes were pre-worn. Returns most likely, paid cash, receipt can't be found. No worries, I may be out $75, but whatever. Made sure all friends and family members know the story. I'll pay their shipping for a year as long as they ban journeys and its affiliates.
